All our garage door remotes stopped working. Two hours after I called for service Bill Adamini was here and in 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem (I had managed to wipe the opener's memory), reprogrammed the opener, and showed me how to program the remote on our new car. He was very friendly and did a great job.

Someone was able to come out within an hour of my call. The person was very knowledgeable and answered many questions about potential maintenance or repair that may be needed in the future. He was able to quickly get the panel back into where it needed to be following an impact with a moving vehicle. The former home owner actually had Precision install the current door and and based on that and this experience, I would happily recommend them to others.

Fantastic service. I called around 1 pm for a broken cable and some other issues and by 5 pm had a beautifully functioning garage door. Paul was courteous, polite, neat, and explained what he was doing in more detail that I will ever understand. I think he also oiled the garage door that we didn't call to have serviced, because it doesn't squeak anymore and moves smoothly. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door!

The weather was absolutely terrible and the serviceman (Will) showed up on time and a very pleasant attitude. After he checked to make sure what I identified as the problem was the real issue he gave me some choices and options. He took a little under an hour to perform the work, gave me some good information for the future. The area was left clean, I was happy with the price (I always look for a fair price, not the cheapest, you get what you pay for) and the gentleman was confident and professional. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to friends and family. Good job, thank you.

At first I thought they were trying to up-sell me on additional parts. The tech took the time to show me the parts on my door that were worn out by comparing it to new parts. Glad he did. Door works great now and is whisper quiet. Also, appreciate the prompt response. Called at 1pm for broken spring, showed up at 3:30pm, all fixed by 5pm. Would recommend.

We contacted Precision Door because our garage door opener keypad didn't work anymore. We were told by our handyman who looked at door and said we probably needed a new garage door. Our service technician from Precison Door name is Will. He was very helpful, and explained our options. He said that the door wasn't the problem. He said the door was in good shape. It was more the opener. Anyways, we made the decision. We asked him when he could install the new opener. He said he could do it right away. It took him a couple of hours.
