The door was installed on May 2nd. The following Wed I was having trouble with the door not going down. Bill came out to fix the one problem. the following day I still had the same problem. Anthony came out and looked at my door in a different way. He found where the door had a stress point and solved the problem,hopefully. His customer service is excellent and explained the issue to my understanding. He has a wonderful attitude toward his work and shows it through his communication with the customer. I had an ancient Genie opener on its last legs and a track that was off kilter enough that the door opener couldn't fully lift or lower my solid wood garage door. A different vendor had tried to adjust the track but only made the problem worse. Precision installed a new opener, tweaked the track position and cleaned up the workspace. I am happy to have a working door again and was pleased with Precision's service.

The service technician (Bill) phoned thiry minutes before his arrival and arrived in thirty minutes. He arrived with the parts needed for the job (new door opener, parts to repair door and required tools) and completed the job in a professional manner. He was knowledgeable about all components and very customer friendly. He was one of the best service technicians that we have had during the forty years that we have lived in Shaker Hts. Precision was excellent overall: the website was excellent, the bios on the service technicians was outstanding, the product information was very useful and the service was unexpectedly good (contacted on Saturday afternoon and work commpleted on Sunday morning). [We called Action Door at the same time as Precision. Action scheduled us for a callback on Monday (today) -- needless to say, Action lost our business because the work is done!] We will recommend Precision to any of our friends and neighbors who need garage door service.

Not only was Matt, your technician, here on time, he actually called to see if he could come sooner -- a welcome change from service providers who say they'll be over between noon and four and show up at five.

We knew we had a broken garage door spring (torsion spring). When Bill A. came out, he showed me that we had more than just a 'spring' problem---actually several parts needed to be replaced because they were wearing out or already broken (such as the 'shaft'). We were dismayed the whole job cost more than $900, however, our existing parts were over 30 years old, so it was time. The springs cost a LOT more here in Cleveland than they did in L.A. when I had my garage door springs replaced by Precision. I was also dismayed when the door refused to go down in the early afternoon (the same day the parts were replaceed) and I had to have Bill A. come back again to make an adjustment. My brother, who is an electrician, came over in the afternoon before Bill returned and he (my brother) actually determined what the problem was and made the adjustment (to the sensor).

The price may have been more than you anticipated but Bill was able to convey the value of going with the lifetime warranty. My 50 plus year old garage door would not open at 6 am and I had to be down in Columbus for a meeting by 11am. Brad worked me into the beginning of his day on an emergency and was very helpful. He somehow found a way to get the garage door open and get my car out of the garage. He was so helpful and I was able to make it to Columbus in time. I am getting a new garage door through Brad and not calling anyone else for a quote. The service I was given by Precision and Brad has made me a customer for life.

Al was really wonderful. He was very upbeat and polite. Our garage door is working so much better. The only minor complaint is that he should have swept up after himself. Having to clean up after a repairman leaves a mess is a pet peeve of mine.
