Bill got here ahead of schedule. He tried to get things back working with as little extra charge as possible. Unfortunately, the problem was extensive. He finished up the rebuild quickly, and cleanly, tweaked the door opener, and educated me on upkeep of the garage door. All in al, an excellent experience.

I needed someone to repair my garage door because it wouldn't come down. I got the name of your company from Angie's list. I needed the repair done right away because I couldn't secure my garage. When I called I was able to get an appointment that same day. The technician was courteous and prompt. He analyzed the situation and discovered that the sensors was not working. He replaced the sensors and now the door works. Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.

I chose you because you advertised same day service, and the online reviews were positive. My garage door needed a new spring, pullies, and brackets for the electronic eye. The service man was excellent and made all the repairs quickly, even though he had to return to the shop to get the brackets.

Fast service, came when they said, delivered on time and flawless install on a cold, snowy day. Appreciated the emergency service since I couldn't raise the door to get my car out of the garage. The new door is a better quality than the one that was there and looks great. I prefer efficiency and ease of getting the job done. I called Precision after talking with a competitor. While I am confident the competitor would have done fine work, I had to spend too much time discussing the schedules and challenges with the individual who answered the phone. While I appreciate all those challenges were there in getting someone to me quickly, I didn't need to hear every thought the individual had in thinking through how to dispatch service to me. Tedious, frustrating and I just decided to call someone else. Back to the internet. When I called Precision I spoke to someone who focused quickly on what I needed and got it scheduled without a running commentary on what she had to do. Easy. Then, everything after came precisely as scheduled.

We have had Jason do work on our garage remotes and opener before. As in the past, we have been very pleased with the way he handles things. He is fair and takes the time to explain the issue that needs attention. I hope our garage remote control issues are finally fixed and we won't need service for a while, but if we do, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to call on Jason for service. I also was so pleased that he came out the next day, after I called to fix the frustrating issues we had so the problems wouldn't continues.

He took his time and really put a lot of effort into trying to discover our remote garage opener issues that have caused us repeated problems. Ryan Freeman called ahead of time to tell us he was on his way. He worked diligently all afternoon removing the old doors and installing the new ones. He showed us the lock we could use if our garage door openers didn't work. Ryan was very courteous and cleaned up nicely when he finished. We were very pleased and wrote a review for Angie's List. After Ryan left, we remembered we had a gift certificate for $100 off the purchase of two garage doors. We got it a few weeks ago in a Valpak mailing. If there is any way to still use it, please let me know.
