I was truly impressed by my experience with Matt Petroff. He reviewed our needs and clearly presented the different options to us. When we selected one of the options, he was willing to stay late to perform the installation on the same day. Paul was a rock star. He is an excellent technician and very well mannered. Excellent service. He not only serviced my broken spring and other necessary replacement parts, but also diligently explained how a garage door operates to my 2 children. Paul was a great teacher and the kids loved it. My son gathered some broken parts for his project about pulley's at school that is due in 2 days. Thank you very much Paul. My garage used to sound horrible before, after replacing the rollers, it is so smooth. I would recommend getting this replaced if you have a squeaky garage when you open and close. Overall 5 stars.

Matt was assigned to open the broken door to get our car out. He did that on a Sunday, then wrote up our order for two new doors. He was great. A schedule conflict had Eric do the installation. He,too, was great. We reviewed all operations with Eric. The people, the product, the installation and the price more than met our expectations. If I had to do it again I would choose your company.

Your Company was randomly selected from the Yellow Pages. Your technician checked out all parts of the 42 years old garage door. Replaced all rollers, all three bearings, the lift cables, both torsion springs and the puller aluminum gear. He did an excellent job. I also like the lifetime warranty that stays with the house, not with the present owner only, as told by Brad. Unfortunately I did not find this writing.

Thank you for your time, but the guy I had was extremely knowledgeable and accomplished the work almost within an hour, getting the part was easy.

There is a huge learning curve to this profession. Input such as yours will shorten the curve because without your review I would not have known where our training could improve. Returning home after 10PM, I discovered a broken spring. I found Precision on line and called based upon positive reviews. Since my need was fairly urgent they changed their schedule and Brad arrived before 9AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem and made suggestions for optional use. He completed all with a very professional and timely manner. My only negative is the service and cost is very expensive. Had I known the price and not been in an urgent need, I would have shopped around.
