I called to have my garage door repaired but unfortunately it was beyond repair. The technician explained why a new door was necessary and immediately worked on some options for us. By the end of the appointment all I had to do was confirm what we wanted with a phone call. Although we went another direction, I would definitely refer Precision. The technician, Paul Broschk, was friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well as right on time.

I contacted Precision Overhead Door to check an intermitten issue I was having with the remotes. They came to my house the same afternoon, checked the system, fixed the non-working remote(s) and even set my garage door opening in my car (which gave me fits trying to set). The repair person was on time, curteous and very informative. A true pleasure to do business with!

My service tech Bill Adamini was awesome. Not only did he repair the remote quickly, he brought my garbage can up from driveway and helped put a aluminum siding piece back on ! There is no other place I would go for anything that has to do with my garage door!

We had a broken spring replaced 5 years after a complete overhaul of our garage door and were only charged a service fee. Al Fleming did a very efficient and professional job and was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service for any garage door repairs. The service was prompt, within hours of calling -- and it was thorough. All the parts were covered under warranty, and the young man was happy to review everything he fixed and even showed me that the spring that was broken was replaced with a slightly larger one to ensure durability.

Called Precision in the morning, by afternoon Paul Broschk was in our 'hot' garage fixing what needed to be fixed. He explained everything before starting the job. Paul's a nice guy. Job well done.
