Website and the use of it in appointment confirmation and "meeting" my technician before he even came was a great help. Al Fleming was tremendous. Not only did he know what he was doing but he explained it to me in layman's terms. Al also went above and beyond duty by connecting my garage door opener to my car. A feat that I couldn't do in a couple dozen tries. Thanks, Al!

I was in the market for a company to help with a recent garage door opener problem.....came across Precision and began to research their company. When I began to read through past customer responses, I liked what I read. What sealed the deal for calling them was someone I knew who gave a positive feedback. So I contacted them and they were out the next day. Worked with Brad and he was very, very informative. Provided me a workman like explanation that made it easy for me to understand what happened and what my options were. Glad that I came across them and will certainly pass along the company name to family and friends as needed.

What a great company! Brad came out to inspect our 3 garage doors and openers. He installed new vinyl rollers on each and they are so much quieter now. He tightened all hardware and replaced a broken bracket on one door. All thoughout the service visit, he explained everything he was doing and why. I am very, very pleased with the service I received and plan on calling Precision in the future. Thanks for the great service Brad!

The first time I used Precision, I needed emergency service, and they came right away to replace a broken spring. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the promptness. I was comforted by the fact that they were easily identified by their uniforms and their trucks. A few years later, I recognized their logo at the home show and had them back to make some repairs and replace our garage door openers. Again, Al was courteous, prompt,and knowledgable. I am confident this company provides continually good service in a timely fashion.

Our service technician's name is Jim. We have had Jim to our home 3 times. First to repair our old garage and then to install a new door and opener. I called precision doors on Tuesday and Wednesday an hour before sceduled the technician called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Within an hour he diagnosed and repaired the door. All which was during a holiday period. The young man was both professional and efficient. Thanks.
