Matt was assigned to open the broken door to get our car out. He did that on a Sunday, then wrote up our order for two new doors. He was great. A schedule conflict had Eric do the installation. He,too, was great. We reviewed all operations with Eric. The people, the product, the installation and the price more than met our expectations. If I had to do it again I would choose your company.

Your Company was randomly selected from the Yellow Pages. Your technician checked out all parts of the 42 years old garage door. Replaced all rollers, all three bearings, the lift cables, both torsion springs and the puller aluminum gear. He did an excellent job. I also like the lifetime warranty that stays with the house, not with the present owner only, as told by Brad. Unfortunately I did not find this writing.

Returning home after 10PM, I discovered a broken spring. I found Precision on line and called based upon positive reviews. Since my need was fairly urgent they changed their schedule and Brad arrived before 9AM the next day. He was very knowledgeable, showed me the problem and made suggestions for optional use. He completed all with a very professional and timely manner. My only negative is the service and cost is very expensive. Had I known the price and not been in an urgent need, I would have shopped around.

I called precision doors on Tuesday and Wednesday an hour before sceduled the technician called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. Within an hour he diagnosed and repaired the door. All which was during a holiday period. The young man was both professional and efficient. Thanks.

What a great company! Brad came out to inspect our 3 garage doors and openers. He installed new vinyl rollers on each and they are so much quieter now. He tightened all hardware and replaced a broken bracket on one door. All thoughout the service visit, he explained everything he was doing and why. The first time I used Precision, I needed emergency service, and they came right away to replace a broken spring. I was very pleased with the quality of work and the promptness. I was comforted by the fact that they were easily identified by their uniforms and their trucks. A few years later, I recognized their logo at the home show and had them back to make some repairs and replace our garage door openers. Again, Al was courteous, prompt,and knowledgable.
