Service was outstanding! Called Precision Overhead Garage Door immediately when garage springs broke and scheduled a serviceman for the following day. The serviceman Paul Broschk arrived early, assessed problem quickly, and fixed the garage springs. Paul was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate Paul's help in this matter and would recommend him and Precision Overhead Garage Door to anyone with garage door issues. Thank you again for all your help.

So happy with Precision Door! When I called for service, the rep was clear and took my information quickly. A tech was out to fix my garage door within a couple hours. We are very happy with the service we received from Precision. My garage door would not open I called Precision on Friday night they set me up an appointment for early Saturday morning. Our technician name was Greg he called to let us know he was on his way, he was on time, he explained everything. I ended up having to get a garage door opener. Greg installed the opener in no time at all. I would recommend Precision to anybody who has any problems with their garage door.

Wow! The technician, Anthony, showed up 5 minutes early and finished the job in less time than quoted. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed new equipment without using high-pressure sales tactics before completing the repair. After two weeks, the new equipment is working as expected and the new opener is much more quiet than the previous unit. This is a fabulous organization with exceptional service. Anthony, the technician who came to my rescue, is awesome. Kind, quick, funny and totally professional. He did the original installation earlier this year, and when I had a minor problem recently, he was there in under an hour and resolved it immediately. The telephone receptionist who scheduled the repair visit was warm, professional and super-efficient. You should use these guys.

Friendly and knowledge technician. The primary reason for call was my remote garage opener wouldn’t work due to battery issues, unfortunately the technician didn’t have batteries on his truck to get it working.
