We have used Precision Doors before, and we will use them again. We moved into a new house and had a very old and unsafe garage door system (lime green, probably from the late 70s). Precision Doors had someone out quickly (even over the July 4th holiday), the technician was friendly, and they replaced the entire system.

The Technician, John Franks, was very attentive to our explanation of the problem. He checked out the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. He moved the location of the sensors and the problem was fixed. I am so grateful for his service and expertise. He was so kind and professional.

Precision door service resolved my door garage issues. HSA Home Warranty Insurance CO. Has sent 3 different Companies to resolve my issues instead resolved they made the issues bigger and I ended paying more money besides $75 they charge to come for the service.

One of the springs on our garage door broke. Anthony came out and replaced the springs and cables, etc. He was prompt, professional and very polite. He explained everything before starting the work and then spent some time with me when the work was done to go over everything and explain what needed to be greased and how often going forward. Very pleased with Precision and Anthony in particular.

Precision always does a great job as was done today. However I was disappointed that your technician was not wearing a mask. I don't expect them to wear one while preforming work on garage door but do when greeting, entering the home, and interacting with customer.

Precision Garage Door Service was very prompt in contacting me and setting up an appointment that was convenient. John Franks was courteous and friendly, contacting me when he was on his way to do the work. After evaluating the state of our ancient garage door opener, he suggested and installed an efficient and safe opener in, going over all of the features. Have a lifetime warranty on parts and labor. Called for service and was told the cracking panels at the center of the top (2) panels were not covered under warranty as they are not considered parts. Was laughed at by the parts manager when told I had to pay for the service call and argued on having to pay a restocking charge for panels not yet ordered. Finally was able to get my money refunded after having to argue for more than 10 minutes over why I should have to pay anything at all based on my LIFETIME warranty on parts and labor. Extremely disappointed on how I was treated by both the service department and parts department,

Service was outstanding! Called Precision Overhead Garage Door immediately when garage springs broke and scheduled a serviceman for the following day. The serviceman Paul Broschk arrived early, assessed problem quickly, and fixed the garage springs. Paul was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. John was on time and gave me options after reviewing our garage door and components. He replaced the spring and 2 wires running off pulleys on each end, carefully made sure everything was functioning properly, and was on his way Very satisfied with the fast service on a Sunday!
