I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List to have the garage doors inspected and the rollers replaced. This was my first contact with Precision. When the technician came out to do the inspection, he talked to us about replacing the garage doors as they were very old and in bad shape. After giving us a price quote, we decided to go ahead and replace the doors. I felt comfortable with the estimate because I had looked into replacing the doors previously. I was comfortable with using Precision because the company is highly rated on Angie's List. Steve came back a few days later and replaced the doors, springs, rails, etc. He did a great job and I am very happy with the doors. I will recommend the company to others who may need garage door services.

Tom did a great job of fixing this door. He had to discover what was the problem and after he discovered that, HE FIXED IT. So far, its working fine and will call him again if something goes wronge.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. Jeremiah was wonderful. He called and said he would be there a little earlier than planned. I was at work and couldn't get home any earlier than the arranged time, but he said "no problem" and waited until I could get home. He was courteous, polite and explained the problem to me thoroughly. I picked Precision out of the Yellow Pages phone book because it had the BBB logo in it's ad. I'm very glad that I did. I would highly recommend Precision to my family and friends. Jeremiah was the best!

I really have no idea why I chose to call other than the ad was bigger than most in the phone book but boy am I glad I did. My garage door had been repaired twice for the same thing and I thought it was under warranty. When I called the last company that came out and they had no idea when I would hear from a technician that bothered me. Then the tech called and said he could not come out same day,even though my integral garage door would not close AND he advised me that my warranty had expired. I knew that I had to find someone else quickly. I think it was GOD's grace that led me to you guys. Al was great and knowledgable and very courteous. He explained what was wrong and more than one way he could make things right! He did not pressure me in any way and did the job expeditiously. He also gave me a written warranty so that I know exactly what I paid for! Hopefully I will never need my garage repaired again but if I do, I want Al to come back again!

Jeremiah arrived as scheduled, he even called ahead. Jeremiah brought to my attention some other (legitimate) issues which I was not aware of. He replaced two springs, broken cable drums, and the center bearing. Jeremiah did not badger me on some other mildly worn parts, he used his own ladder and tools, and completed the work surprisingly fast.

I called two other companies for estimates, and never received a phone call back, my husband had done business with Precision Door in the past and told me to call. I immediately got an appointment set and Al was the technician sent to my house. He was very nice and because of the wonderful e-mail that you guys sent me with the picture of the technician,I knew right away who he was.The appointment was on a Wednesday and by Friday afternoon i had a brand new garage door!I was so excited and the price was reasonable too! I called Precision Door late one evening because my garage door was hanging up and wouldn't close properly. Brad called the next day and we planned to meet that evening, if he had a garage door opener left at the end of the day. He was kind enough to save the last one for me and installed it when I returned home from work. He explained that he knew I needed to get to work in the morning and didn't want to take time from my job. The installation took about an hour, he explained how the remotes worked, and how to disengage the opener. Brad was an excellent technician. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services to anyone who needs help with their garage door. Thanks!
