I appreciate the prompt response to fixing my daughters garage door opener.I met with Tom since my daughter was moving back to Cleveland from Columbus due to a job transfer. With one days notice Tom actually showed up earlier than the appointment we had scheduled for that day. Within about one hour door was working well. Being reasonably priced my daughter was overjoyed.

I was desperate to get the garage door opened after work one evening. I had been having many issues with car and had just started a new job. Your technician - Eric, arrived early and proceeded to work. The manual release was incorrectly installed and we had no choice but to please a hole in the door to access by hand. The customer service representative who answered my call was knowledgeable, professional and very nice, and I was able to get same day service. Called early morning and got a same day appointment. At first was hesitant given prior history with other companies but was pleasantly surprised when the Precision crew showed up on time. The technician was very polite. However he did not have the equipment necessary to fix my gargage door and tried to sell me a garage door opener system instead. He said he would get back to me to schedule another appointment but I have yet to hear from him. Im starting to believe that he never intended to fix the lock on garage door and was trying to get a bigger sale. I do not want a system I just want to be able to lock my garage.

Eric came to my house only an hour and a half after calling Precision. He quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately started working to fix it. He was very polite, professional, and efficient. The technician was professional, showing me what needed to be done to correct our problem, and what he would recommend from his overall checking. he gave me time to call my husband so he could talk with him. The technican's name I believe, began with an E, but he was wearing a shirt with "Brian" on it. He explained the reason for it. I hope that has been resolved. He cleaned up after he finished (which did not take as long as I expected) and showed me everything he replaced, explaining how often the parts should be lubricated. He did not show the old parts taht he had removed, and I did not think to ask to see them.

I purchased a "deal" through Angie's List to have the garage doors inspected and the rollers replaced. This was my first contact with Precision. When the technician came out to do the inspection, he talked to us about replacing the garage doors as they were very old and in bad shape. After giving us a price quote, we decided to go ahead and replace the doors. I felt comfortable with the estimate because I had looked into replacing the doors previously. I was comfortable with using Precision because the company is highly rated on Angie's List. Steve came back a few days later and replaced the doors, springs, rails, etc. He did a great job and I am very happy with the doors. I will recommend the company to others who may need garage door services.

Tom did a great job of fixing this door. He had to discover what was the problem and after he discovered that, HE FIXED IT. So far, its working fine and will call him again if something goes wronge.
