Al was courteous and professional. He asked relevent questions and provided me with several options that met my needs. I opted for a total rebuild of both doors as the parts were all original and 80 years old. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my garage would be functional that same day. True to his word, Al completed the job competently. He made sure I was satisfied with the operation of the doors before leaving. I would recommend Al and Precision Door to friends and family.

Brian came today & needed to replace all the mechanisms for the garage door at our rental property. He was very polite & most courteous. It was obvious to me that he knew the business of garage doors. He represented the company so well. I did not need to get a second opinion. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem & the price was fair & reasonable for the service provided. I found the name & number of the company in the Valpak mailer.
