The previous owner of my home recommended Precision to me, so when I had trouble with my opener I gave them a call, and a technician was out the same day! Jeremiah was thoroughly knowledgable, skilled, and courteous. He explained the problem with my opener, repaired it, and explained that since it was an older model it might continue to have that problem and how I could fix it if needed. When instead I inquired about installing a new one, Jeremiah answered all my questions and was available to install a new opener on the spot! An hour later I had a beautiful new, modern, quiet, strong, smooth garage door opener with a lifetime warranty. Great service, great price, great product. I'm a happy customer and will keep calling on Precision!

Al was courteous and professional. He asked relevent questions and provided me with several options that met my needs. I opted for a total rebuild of both doors as the parts were all original and 80 years old. I was pleasantly surprised to find out my garage would be functional that same day. True to his word, Al completed the job competently. He made sure I was satisfied with the operation of the doors before leaving. I would recommend Al and Precision Door to friends and family.

Brian came today & needed to replace all the mechanisms for the garage door at our rental property. He was very polite & most courteous. It was obvious to me that he knew the business of garage doors. He represented the company so well. I did not need to get a second opinion. I felt very comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem & the price was fair & reasonable for the service provided. I found the name & number of the company in the Valpak mailer. The technician, Jeremiah Byrd, was punctual, friendly and very professional. He replaced the cables and bearing plate in a timely manner and thoroughly cleaned up the area afterwards. Jeremiah did a great job and we recommend him for anyone else that needs their garage fixed.
