AL FLEMING DID AN OUT STANDING JOB. HE WAS HERE BEFORE SCHEDULED TIME. CALLED ME THAT HE WAS ON HIS WAY. WHEN AL GOT HERE I TOLD HIM WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS. HE TOLD ME WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND I GAVE HIM THE GO AHEAD. HE IS VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS. YOUR COMPANY IS LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A TALENTED TECH. A REAL ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Will was the tech that serviced my garage door. He was on time for the appointment and was able to point out several small items that contributed to the issues we were having. He was able to fix the issues with parts he brought with him. I would recommend Will and plan on requesting him if I ever have trouble in the future.

Thank you for the outstanding Customer Service that I received from Dispatcher to the Technician. Mr. Bill Adamini, is a true professional and the customer service that I received from arrival to departure could not be measured and he did not try to overprice the repair and that was greatly appreciated. We did not experience this service from a previous Garage Door company that we had previously did business with. Mr. Adamini is an asset to Precision Door.

This past Friday I was closing my garage door when the spring completely broke. I googled area garage door service/repair companies and Precision was one of the first on the list. I called and actually spoke with a real person, who tried to get a technician out to me that day. When she was unable she said she could have someone out the next day for no additional charge. Unfortunately I was going to be out of town through the weekend so she scheduled an appointment for Monday between 8 & 10AM. Around 8:15 I received a phone call from Bill Adamini saying he was en route and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Once he arrived he assessed my garage door situation and explained to me that not only were my springs bad but my cables were fraying as well. He walked me through step by step what was wrong with my garage door and why he wasn't able to fix certain parts of it. My house was built in 1949 so many of the parts are not even made anymore. I inquired about purchasing a new garage door altogether and he was able to give me information on that as well, along with quotes. He ended up fixing the springs and said that if I were interested in purchasing a garage door through Precision that the total I paid for the springs would be deducted from the garage door total. Also, he did not charge me a service fee for coming out to my house. He was polite, courteous, and friendly and explained things to me in detail. He documented everything and then showed me at the end what his write up looked like. I would recommend Precision to anyone looking for prompt,reliable and professional service.

Just recently purchased a house and had the garage door opener fail within 2 weeks. Had heard about Precision through a neighbor, but also found them on the internet through a web search. Was very impressed by the reviews. Called Saturday morning -- technician Paul arrived in the afternoon -- diagnosed the problems and installed a new opener and hardware immediately. We were very impressed with the service -- from the initial phone call to Paul's excellent work. Definitely would recommend Precision!

I am very pleased with Anthony's workmanship and his knowledge of how to properly replace my garage door snap latch. While the garage door snap latch may appear to be a small part, there is a tremendous amount of labor and precision required to get the part fitted properly. Anthony did a terrific job!

I am sorry that I have to have my garage door replaced, but happy that your company is doing the work. The door is now on order, when the work is complete I will post a review on Angie's List.
