My Garage Door broke this morning at about 8am. I called Precision Door Service and spoke to a young lady and she scheduled an appt. for between 9 and 12am. Paul Broschk called about 9am and said he would be here in 15 min. He was and the service was excellent. The garage door was stuck and it would not go up or down. The service was prompt, Paul was Courtious and the job was done and I am Happy. Thank you for a job well done.

I had about precision garage doors from a family member so I scheduled an appointment. Originally I was supposed to have Pau installing my new door, but instead got Anthony because he was closer to my location. I was not disappointed. he was very knowledgeable about what I needed and the installation barely took half an hour. Afterwards, he went over the new features with me and the setup orocess, step by step. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I was provided with. I'd definitely refer a friend to precision.

My garage door was acutely damaged on Thursday. Precision sent a great technician out to fix the garage door the same Day--Anthony Wise. Anthony was polite and professional. He thoroughly explained everything that was needed to fix the door for that day as well as in the future. He did a great job! I would not hesitate to call Precision again in the future if needed. In particular--kudos to Anthony for a job well done on an extremely cold day!

Our garage door opener was malfunctioning and Bill Adamini diagnosed the problem with the sensors so he replaced them with updated units however, the limit switch was the other issue so he came back the next day and replaced the faulty unit. He was very professional and explained what he was doing through out the entire service call and even kept my son entertained by sharing with him one of his favorite hobbies which was frisbee golf. He also put in a keypad to make it easier for the kids to close the garage. We highly recommend Bill as a top notch technician and he has proven his technical savvy by installing a new unit he has never done before. Thanks again Bill for a job well done and hope to have you out on our next service call... But not too soon since we have had much success in the reliability of our unit.

Our garage door spring broke so the door couldn't be opened. I called Precision later in the afternoon and got an appointment for the next day. Technician Paul Broschk arrived to repair the door and I found him to be very friendly, easy to talk with and professional. He examined the door and gave me two options for repair. I chose the option that I wanted and he changed the springs, rollers, cables, etc. and was done with the job in about 1 hour after which he showed me what he had done . I am really pleased with the job Paul did, the door works smoother and quieter than it ever did, and I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service .

I called Precision because my garage door had become stuck closed and they had been the previous company to service my opener. The previous owner of my unit had left there business info right in the garage and I'm glad she did. While I was able to get the door open eventually, I went ahead with my appointment to find out what had caused the problem. Anthony was my service tech and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the issue with the opener. He went over the process of using the manual release and inspected the door and all the parts, during which time he noticed how my cables were damaged. He quickly switched those out for me and now my door is closing perfectly flush with the ground (it was slightly off before). I also had an extra car remote made. Overall, it was well worth the money to have Precision come out and service the opener. I learned quite a bit and am very, very pleased with the outcome and the service that I received. Will definitely recommend.

My previous service call by Precision went well, so I called them back to fix my current issue. They came the same day that I called and were able to fix my current opener. The prices were reasonable and Al is very professional and efficient.

Matt and Ryan did a great job on my new garage door! There are even funny yet informative videos online for troubleshooting before you call them if you experience any problems after installation. When I experienced an issue that the videos didn't solve Matt came back, made some adjustments, and everything is working great :) Thanks much!

I chose Precision Garage Door due to the advertisement in the Garfield Heights phone directory. I was very pleased with the technician. He was very knowledgeable about the door. I needed several repairs - new spring, rollers and a new motor. I am amazed how quiet this door is too when opening and closing it. I am very happy with the service.

Service was very good but quote is a bit high. Also did not receive our Angie's list discount and final price was a bit higher than quoted in person. I would suggest shopping prior to making a commitment unless you absolutely need the repair ASAP.

My garage door broke and I checked with another company and their service call was very expensive. I checked with a friend and asked for his recommendation and he gave me two and I called Precision. The service call was way cheaper than the other company, so I scheduled a repair. Al was very helpful (and patient) with giving me quotes for service. The service was very fast, friendly and professional. I had the opener repaired and springs replaced.

We called Prescision Door Service on wed and we had an appointment for Thursday between 8:00 & 11:00. The technician (Bill) called at 8:15 and said he would arrive in aout 20 minutes, 15 minutes later he was on the job. The installation of a new garage door opener went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Bill explained everything throughly and was most helpful. Thank you for a job well done!

We chose Precision door in December of 2007 when one of our springs broke. At that time, the technician talked us into purchasing the warranty. I highly recommend Precision, this company is highly professional, fair, and they know their stuff. I had an emergency situation with my garage door and didn't know who to call. After a quick internet search, I called Precision 3rd. Next time, they will be my first call. I had an appointment made for the next day and even received a confirmation email with the name and picture of my technician. Paul came out the next day, was extremely friendly and professional.
