garage door bottom seal replaced (ground hog chewed old one trying to escape garage!) - service technician (Anthony Wise) was prompt, courteous, fast, explained everything and answered all my questions - chose Precision for service because they installed garage door opener several years ago and I was pleased with their service at that time - Precision's advertising gives the appearance of professionalism and conveys the impression that they "mean business" - very pleased with their service

5 Stars!! Garage door cable broken and door immobilized. Called at 5:15 pm and technician was here by 6:30. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Did full repair and door works perfectly now, better than ever.

Springs broke on our garage door and Matt came out and explained the how a garage door functions from top to bottom. His through explanation helped us make the decison to replace all parts due to the fact that they were also ready to break. He saved us about $300 overall with the package he presented to us.

I was very impressed with Zoran, our technician. He took his time explaining the condition of our garage door and the options we had to make the door work at its best. Was very surprised you could respond so quickly to my predicament, much more so in that it was a Sunday morning. We experienced a broken spring which locked our door in the close position. The service time was set for the same day and the service tech was actually early. He explained the company's process and parts in some detail before starting to work. An hour later the door was opens and closing like a new installation. Good job!

Mr. Bill Adamini, is a true professional and the customer service that I received from arrival to departure could not be measured and he did not try to overprice the repair and that was greatly appreciated. I was thoroughly impressed with my entire Precision experience, from my initial call to the final installation and repair. The email appointment confirmation was a great touch and very helpful. My technician, Anthony Wise, called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and demonstrated everything to me. Anthony was so efficient, he was done in such a short period of time. I was amazed. I would definitely give Precision and Anthony Wise a 5 star rating!
