We chose Precision door in December of 2007 when one of our springs broke. At that time, the technician talked us into purchasing the warranty. We are glad we did, as another spring let loose on March 17th. The technician, Will, took care of it. In no time, our garage door was working once again. Would recommend Precision to all our friends!

I was in a bind. When a winter storm was about to hit my area and my garage door broke. I had been seeing commercials for PDS and called them at 5PM on a Friday. They came out the next morning, promptly. Mr Fleming was professional and courteous. Within 20 minutes the work to my garage door was completed. Fast, friendly and professional service was what I got from PDS. Thanks!

I highly recommend Precision, this company is highly professional, fair, and they know their stuff. I had an emergency situation with my garage door and didn't know who to call. After a quick internet search, I called Precision 3rd. Next time, they will be my first call. I had an appointment made for the next day and even received a confirmation email with the name and picture of my technician. Paul came out the next day, was extremely friendly and professional. He inspected the problem and clearly explained the problem and gave several solutions. I was very impressed by his work and this company as a whole. I would recommend Precision (and Paul) to anyone who needs work done on their garage doors!

Bill provided an instant ID of the the problem. He explained all my options and let me select the repair. I took his recommedations & he was finished with the repairs in 30 mins. Bill was curteous, neat & a conversationalist with me as he explained & demonstated the faulty parts. Great customer service. I will recommend to friends & family.

I am very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and kindness of all the staff of Precision. Jeff, Anthony & Ryan were wonderful to me and I am very happy with my door. While Ryan was here I was texting with one of my relatives and informed her that I was getting my door installed. She explained to me that she was having trouble with the opener/sensor on her door. I gave her the number to Precision and a service tech was sent to her home to handle her problem the same day. What great service you provide! I will recommend your company to anyone. Thank you all. I found your business through Angies List and really appreciated your responsiveness (I had called others). I was impressed with the professionalism of the technician that came out to fix the broken spring. But I was most impressed with the commitment by your company to make sure I was completely satisfied by taking care of an unresolved weatherstripping install issue. I am very impressed with your company. Not many companies spend time on customer service these days. It was refreshing to have a technician of Bill Adamini ability, knowledge and great personality come out check out our garage door. Though we had no repair he did a complete check of the door and the garage door opener. He lubricated the tracks and opener rail and took the time to explain the things that could fail and offer solutions. You know that your dealing with a good company when the employees speak highly of company and their colleagues. Thanks for the great service.

The service Tech was Craig, he was 6 hours early but fortunately somebody was home to grant him access to the garage. Outside of having to go back to the shop for parts, he was very very polite and professional. I only gave 4 stars because I think ya'll are priced a bit high and this rating should not reflect on Cig who deserves 5 stars.

My service tech was Bill Adam uni and he was awesome. He contacted me in advance to introduce himself and I told him what I thought was the problem. Bill was prompt and explained the problem and what needed to be done. Once completed, he showed me what he repaired, had me check the door. Bill has excellent customer service skills and I give him a rating of 5 and the overall experience a rating of 5 also.

I was thoroughly impressed with my entire Precision experience, from my initial call to the final installation and repair. The email appointment confirmation was a great touch and very helpful. My technician, Anthony Wise, called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way. Once he got here, he was very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and demonstrated everything to me. Anthony was so efficient, he was done in such a short period of time. I was amazed. I would definitely give Precision and Anthony Wise a 5 star rating!

garage door bottom seal replaced (ground hog chewed old one trying to escape garage!) - service technician (Anthony Wise) was prompt, courteous, fast, explained everything and answered all my questions - chose Precision for service because they installed garage door opener several years ago and I was pleased with their service at that time - Precision's advertising gives the appearance of professionalism and conveys the impression that they "mean business" - very pleased with their service

5 Stars!! Garage door cable broken and door immobilized. Called at 5:15 pm and technician was here by 6:30. Technician was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Did full repair and door works perfectly now, better than ever.

We called Prescision Door Service on wed and we had an appointment for Thursday between 8:00 & 11:00. The technician (Bill) called at 8:15 and said he would arrive in aout 20 minutes, 15 minutes later he was on the job. The installation of a new garage door opener went smoothly and we couldn't be happier. Bill explained everything throughly and was most helpful. Thank you for a job well done!
