I was very happy with the service I received from Precision. They had previously done work on my garage door. My car was trapped in the garage as the spring had broken and I couldn't lift the door electronically or manually. I was glad they were able to come out the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. I greatly appreciated him. Overall, I would give him and Precision my highest recommendation!

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

The technician called ahead to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived he went right to work surveying the situation and as a result offering 3 choice estimates. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable about his craft. The technician explained the estimates thoroughly and after making my choice went right to work and completed the job in a quick and professional manner. I called because our boom broke and while waiting on hold I heard about the safety inspection. I have 2 kids running around my house and want the garage to be safe. When I called Precision for service call, the receptionist that answered was very polite and courteous. The technician Ryan was on time for the appointment and he too was polite and courteous (I am guessing that this a typical attitude with your employees) He explained all of the repairs needed after which I decide that it was more cost effective to replace the door instead of making the repair. Ryan ordered the door and scheduled the install for the next day He did a great job installing our new garage door. I would recommend your company to anyone needed a garage door repair

Current opener was almost 20 yrs. old. Al gave both options to repair/replace the unit, obviously replace was the better option based on economics. Al arrived on time was courteous and a quick worker. Would recommend him to anyone needing service.

My experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was very positive. The person answering the phone was polite and informative. Anthony, the technician who came to replace a broken torsion spring ,was prompt and thorough in his explanation of costs and of the quality of the springs. He did quality work in a timely manner. There was some confusion regarding the warranty I had paid for in 2008 but the matter was settled to the satisfaction of both sides.
