Your tech Bill Adamini was extremely prompt on the service call. He was very professional and knowledgeable on what needed to be corrected. He gave us options on some other things that needed to be fixed too. We were very pleased with his work. I definitely would rate Bill a 5 star. If in the future we need any other repairs, I would not hesitate to call Percision. I would also recommend you people to anyone else in need of repairs or new doors.

I would give this company 5 stars. I called Precision Door Service on Tue. at 9:30 am after looking at their website. I told then I had a broken spring could they send someone out to repair it. They said they could have their technician Matt Pettit at my home between 12 and 2:00 pm. They sent me an acknowledgement to my cell phone of a picture of Matt and the time he would arrive. He called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Once here Matt looked over the broken spring and gave me several options and prices on fixing the problem right. Matt was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My garage door is now smooth and quiet. Great job Matt. I was very satisfied and would recommend you and your company.

I was referred to Precision by a friend and I'm glad she did. They were quick to answer and make sure that I got an appointment right away. Anthony the person assigned to do the job was not only on time, she also called before arrival. He mediately assess my situation and gave me numerous options that I can choose according to my budget at the time. He was very professional and ensured that the area was clean before he left. Before leaving he explain all the repairs and had me test the door to ensure that I was pleased with the repair. In addition he offered additional products and services that I could use to avoid any future problems but did not force any of them. I originally planned to have the Stanley garage opener repaired. Your technician, Paul Broschk, explained in detail, that repair was not possible, and recommended replacement. In addition his evaluation of the garage components, which were old and loose, also indicated replacement. Although I was not prepared to spend $1,100.00 at this time, his recommendation made good sense. After Paul completed the work, he went through the operation with me to insure everything worked properly.

Paul arrived as scheduled and performed an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to beginning, he asked me how old was my garage door. I had NO idea. I just moved into the house in May 2015. Zoran Jovanovic came out, not because there was anything wrong with the functionality of my garage door, but because I unknowingly wiped out the frequency of my remotes and I was unable to open my garage door. UGH! Zoran showed patience and perseverance while working on a job that wasn't that easy... and this was on a Saturday. When I initially spoke with the operator, i mentioned that I needed to leave my home at a certain time to visit my Mom in the hospital. Zoran arrived early, completed the job and I was on my way in plenty of time. Thank you, Zoran! And thank you, Precision!

Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.

I needed repair work & heard of Precision Door from a co-worker. Z recommended a new unit before winter so I called & had him come back for the install & remotes....he is simply put .... Awesome!!!!
