I was having problems with my old garage door opener . I looked on line and when I read all the good reviews about Precision I decided to call. I was not disappointed. My technician Zoran Jovanovic was great. I needed a new opener and he installed it in no time. I would highly recommend Precision .

Very pleased with the work performed. Your technician was very courteous and prompt and the work was performed in a timely manner. I did however feel the amount charged was a bit high. YP ad caught my eye. Motivated by 'Sunday service', expected quality service based on general layout and info in ad. Called for app't. Later, went to website and was very impressed with # & quality of reviews as well as pics. (Drug testing & background cks not so important -- just expect good technicians based on reviews.) Bill was superb in explaining, listening, and work. Very pleased with results. (New springs, rollers, cables,bearings, drums installed expertly.) Rating = 5.

I called Precision Garage Door when the original pulley & cable system on my attached garage (from my 50-year old home) let go. The company's Web site, by introducing its staff, made me feel comfortable about the decision to make the appointment. Our techician, Bill Adamini, was professional, courteous, and very approachable. He answered all questions, provided additional info, efficiently installed new equipment needed and cleaned up thoroughtly afterward. My son and I were very pleased with the result and felt that we had met a new friend.

I chose Precision because after a few phone calls they were the only ones able to come out on the same day I called. My garage needed repaired (multiple problems) and it was well beyond repair for someone who did not know what they were doing. The professional (Will) called me 20 minutes before he came out (which is appreciated) and was on time from what I was told over the phone when I made the appointment. He was very pleasant, honest and professional. They gave me a fair price and the work was done that day and it works as if it was new now. Highly recomended to anyone in need of repairs to their garage door. Thank you for your help!

Zoran Jovanovich was the technician that came to fix my garage door. He was on time and very courteous. He described what the problem was, what needed to be done, and the cost. Anthony was our technician. He was professional and easy to talk to, Knowlegeable and efficient in getting our garage door repaired. He showed me the problems, answered my questions and gave me options for the repairs. He showed how the door was balanced after the new spring was installed and told me about the warranty. I would highly recommend Precision Door. They were fast, professional, polite and knew what they were doing. The springs on my 2 1/2 car garage door broke and the door could not be opened. They were out the next day and had it up and running in an hour!!!

I was very happy with the service I received from Precision. They had previously done work on my garage door. My car was trapped in the garage as the spring had broken and I couldn't lift the door electronically or manually. I was glad they were able to come out the same day. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. I greatly appreciated him. Overall, I would give him and Precision my highest recommendation!

paul was both timely and accurate in diagnosis. quickly fixed the door and now the door is working perfect. Precision may not be the lowest cost alternative out there, but they certainly seem to be the most accurate. Fixing right the first time is money in the bank.

This is the second time I've used Precision Garage Door of Cleveland. Both times the service has been exceptional and the service technicians are very professional. I won't use any other company! Definitely 5 stars.
