They were the only company able to find springs that would work for our 80 year old garage door. They came same day and always at the time they said that would. When we had problems with our opener later they came and fixed it for free. I wish I could find plumbers, painters, and handymen who were as responsive!

I called around to get general estimates to install a lock on a garage door at a rental property. Precision was the only company willing to give me a price range of locks and tell me how much the service call would be. The garage door had an opener, but it hadn't worked since we bought the property. We assumed it would be cheaper to install a lock than to repair the opener. The technician, Matt, asked a few questions and took a quick look at the setup. He discovered the wiring going to a safety sensor was bad. He quickly replaced the wire and the door works beautifully now. The best part was that the price was lower than installing a lock. If I look at time spent and cost of materials, the price was high. But when I factor in that Matt had the knowledge and training to repair my problem in very little time, freeing me up to go back to work, the price was very reasonable.

Bill was terrific! He arrived ahead of schedule (after calling to make sure this was okay with me) and completed the repairs quickly. At the end he provided me with a summary of the work he did plus a list of other things he checked to ensure all aspects of my garage door and opener are in good working condition. Wow! Will Coad, what a technician. We were very uncomfortable and caught off guard when we heard how much it was going to cost.. But he reassured us by explaining exactly what we were going to receive. Will was very honest and did not try to push any product on us and explained what we truly needed. The service tech's name was Al. He was prompt, personable and efficient. He quickly installed a keypad and made sure the garage door was operating correctly. He replaced a battery in my garage door opener and lubricated the garage door. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would give him a rating of 5 stars! I found Precision on Yahoo and their website looked great. When I called I told them I needed immediate assistance with my garage door because I had a doctors appointment for my daughter and they were out at my house within the hour. It was great! My repair man Will was great, informative, new the product inside and out, was professional, polite and was able to fix my garage door for the right price. Al did a terrific job fixing our broken garage door! He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He called in advance to let us know he was on the way. We also appreciate that Precision Door Service provides an immediate response. We initially contacted Sears for the repair but they said a technician wasn't available for 10 days. What kind of service is that? We'll always use PDS and will tell our friends too!

Hello, Everything appeared to go well this morning but I went to open the garage door now (to run an errand) and the door will not stay up and I cannot get my car out. I have called your office to ask that someone come out tomorrow (Friday) to get this corrected and I have an appointment for late morning. Luckily, I am working from home tomorrow otherwise I would miss a day of work. The person I spoke with told me that I may be charged $65 for a service call. REALLY? Please tell me that your company takes responsibility for the work done and parts installed during at least the first 24 hours. Thank you, Melanie Klinec

When we bought our house last year, the garage door opening system failed in the first 30 days. We contacted Precision and they came quickly and had a brand new high quality system installed in one visit. The technicians are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. We recently had a small service issue, called the office and a tech was there in about an hour. It required just a small adjustment and we were back in business. We highly recommend Precision!

When Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Broschk arrived to our home to repair our garage door springs, his first response was to evaluate the entire functionality of the garage door.
