Matt Petroff was our tech and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his work. Stated he would be at our residence between 2 and 4 pm and was on time. Told us it would take one hour to complete the service but it took him much less time. Was very neat and cleaned up after himself, and looked and acted very professionally.

We were amazed to be offered a same-day appointment. We scheduled for the next morning. Zoran called to say he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He explained the problem well, showed me what was wrong, and offered options to fix it. Our original installers did a poor job with cheap parts. Zoran replaced parts (spring, cables and rollers), added an additional brace for a track, and rebalanced the door. It works better and more quietly than when it was installed. He gave an estimate and quickly finished the work, which is guaranteed for life (parts and labor). It was an expensive, but necessary repair, and we are pleased with the outcome. I wish we had known of the quality of Precision Door when we originally replaced our old wood garage door. Lesson learned.

Matt from Precision Door was a true professional. You can tell his passion for his job is genuine, and he's not leaving a site until the job is done right. All options were explained to me, appropriate (not hard sell) recommendations were made, and decisions were taken based on full information. I would give this company 5 stars. I called Precision Door Service on Tue. at 9:30 am after looking at their website. I told then I had a broken spring could they send someone out to repair it. They said they could have their technician Matt Pettit at my home between 12 and 2:00 pm. They sent me an acknowledgement to my cell phone of a picture of Matt and the time he would arrive. He called 15 minutes prior to his arrival. Once here Matt looked over the broken spring and gave me several options and prices on fixing the problem right. Matt was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My garage door is now smooth and quiet. Great job Matt. I was very satisfied and would recommend you and your company.

I originally planned to have the Stanley garage opener repaired. Your technician, Paul Broschk, explained in detail, that repair was not possible, and recommended replacement. In addition his evaluation of the garage components, which were old and loose, also indicated replacement. Although I was not prepared to spend $1,100.00 at this time, his recommendation made good sense. After Paul completed the work, he went through the operation with me to insure everything worked properly.

Paul arrived as scheduled and performed an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to beginning, he asked me how old was my garage door. I had NO idea. I just moved into the house in May 2015. I was concerned that critics could get in through the 4" opening in the weather stripping. Paul explained the things that could also go wrong at any time. Matt came on time, and was friendly, courteous and informative. The problem: the garage door was was opening and closing erratically. Matt diagnosed the problem as a misaligned sesnsor, and he fixed it. We're very pleased with the service.

Zoran Jovanovic came out, not because there was anything wrong with the functionality of my garage door, but because I unknowingly wiped out the frequency of my remotes and I was unable to open my garage door. UGH! Zoran showed patience and perseverance while working on a job that wasn't that easy... and this was on a Saturday. When I initially spoke with the operator, i mentioned that I needed to leave my home at a certain time to visit my Mom in the hospital. Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.
