Precision installed a new garage door and Liftmaster opener in July, 2016. We were very pleased with the installation process and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our Liftmaster malfunctioned on Monday, November 27th. I called around 9AM and a service tech was at my house by 3PM that day. He diagnosed the problem which required a replacement of the opener head. He did not have the part on board but did return the following day with a new unit and completed the work withing 15 minutes. He was very efficient and courteous, apologizing for the inconvenience. The replacement was covered under warranty.

Response from Jim Boland Business Owner

Mr. Rimmer, We are very pleased our technician, Paul was able to get your opener working to the highest standards. We appreciate your business and look forward to helping again in the future should the need arise.

At 8:00 am this morning, hurrying to work I backed out of garage without pushing overhead door to open. You guessed it I bent the door, but because of it is Precision, it still lifted back up. By 9:00 am I called Precision and got courteous promise of a call back at 3:00. On the minute a technician called at 3:00, humored me that I wasn't the only one who did that, and appeared to fix it, at 5:00 pm. We settled on short term solution with bending and a new bar on bottom panel. Job was done by six. Ryan was efficient, competent and trustworthy. Thank you Precision. You're the best

Response from Jim Boland Business Owner

Thank you, Ms. Redmond for contacting Precision Door when you were in need of garage door repair work. We appreciate your business as well as your review of Ryan and Precision.
