Anthony called before he came and then was here in 5 minutes fixed the broken spring and then some other things quickly and also explained everything he did before he left. I would use Anthony again as he was very pleasant.

Surprisingly good service (I have low expectations for contractors). The guy they sent out was very jolly and almost OCD about fixing my garage door while doing it as inexpensively as he could for me. When he got done, he gave me the bill, and then looked at my other garage door and made a couple adjustments to make it work better (at no charge - he couldn't just not fix it). Definitely recommend.

Precision installed a new garage door and Liftmaster opener in July, 2016. We were very pleased with the installation process and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our Liftmaster malfunctioned on Monday, November 27th. I called around 9AM and a service tech was at my house by 3PM that day. He diagnosed the problem which required a replacement of the opener head. He did not have the part on board but did return the following day with a new unit and completed the work withing 15 minutes. He was very efficient and courteous, apologizing for the inconvenience. The replacement was covered under warranty.

At 8:00 am this morning, hurrying to work I backed out of garage without pushing overhead door to open. You guessed it I bent the door, but because of it is Precision, it still lifted back up. By 9:00 am I called Precision and got courteous promise of a call back at 3:00. On the minute a technician called at 3:00, humored me that I wasn't the only one who did that, and appeared to fix it, at 5:00 pm. We settled on short term solution with bending and a new bar on bottom panel. Job was done by six. Ryan was efficient, competent and trustworthy. Thank you Precision. You're the best

I had a very old/original garage door the spring broke, but the bottom of the door was all rotted out. Precision was able to remove the old door and install a new one very quickly. My installer was Ryan and he came in, did the work. He was very professional. Very happy with the new door.

Z came out and gave our door a tuneup, new rollers, and leveled the door. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the door and pointing out upcoming issues. I really appreciated his candor pointing out how the previous owner went the cheap route and his recommendations in the future. I will be requesting Z in the future for further repairs.

After calling Precision late in the day when our garage door stopped working, the technician, Bill, arrived 1st thing the next morning, as promised, calling ahead to let us know he was on the way. Bill was very friendly and knowledgeable about the problem with our garage door and patiently explained the issue and different options for repair. Our door is operating so much quieter than before. We are very happy with the quality of service we received and would recommend this company to others - 5 star!

This is the second time I've used precision door for service. A year ago I had my garage doors replaced. This year I had a new garage door opener put in. On both occasions I found the the service to be excellent. The technicians came on time, did great work and made sure everything was working properly and cleaned up as well. Mr. William Coad came to our house ON time, and called first, to inform us that he will be there in 20 minutes, it took him 15, Precision Door is a class act, why go with anyone else. Mr Coad was exceedinglying pleasant, professional, good appearance, and went right to work, explaining everything, installing a new keypad with wireless remote. I had outstanding service! William was very professional and courteous when he arrived with his trainee. They assessed the problem with my garage door quickly and I liked that I was presented with multiple repair options. I went with the repair option that came with a warranty because I was treated so well the by the team.
