Door stuck in open position. Called and got an appointment for that afternoon. Serviceman was able to come before appointment time and called to see if we were home. Repair was made quickly and professionally at reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I read the reviews and called PD. I'm very glad I did. Bill Adamini fixed my door and even fixed another small issue. I truly appreciate his professional and courteous attitude. I will highly recommend PD and not hesitate to use again for future garage door needs.

Five stars - kudos to William for great service! I was looking for a vendor who explicitly stated in their online advertising that they service my kind of garage door opener brand (Liftmaster). I also wanted someone who was insured inase something went wrong with my wooden garage door. I was hoping to only need a repair but I also knew my garage door opener was about 14 years old and had been fixed once before.

Zoran was wonderful. Personable, friendly and very efficient. He was sensitive to my fear of the door falling and injuring my husband. He allayed my fear by systematically informing us of what he planned to do to resolve the problems, which were many. Zoran completed the work and thoroughly explained what had been done to achieve the safe functioning of the garage door. Your company was recommended to us by my daughter. And she specifically told us to request Zoran as the tech. I want to "Thank You" for your service and having such a great , accomplished employee. Sincerely, Sheila Wright MPA LSW LPN

Your Tech Z was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and quick. He assessed the problem and made the repairs. He also looked everything over and advised of problems that may cause issues. He was also able to fix these issues. He also gave me a few tips to keep the system maintained and things to watch out for. I would not hesitate to call again for any problems in the future. And thank you for the Saturday appointment.

Paul was my technician, let me say wow. I am a manager at a large construction company and let me say if I had just 1 guy with Paul's personality combined with his skills and knowledge I would be grateful. Paul is by far one of the best techs I've ever worked with / hired

Paul did a great job. Efficient and remarkably fast at getting the job done. I am a first time customer with Precision and would recommend their services to others. Only one glitch.......your charges are too high. Senior citizens like myself living on a limited income should get a break.

The technician, Will, was very personable, patient, professional and knowledgeable. This was my second interaction with Precision, since I found them on Angie's list, this past December. The first time was for a general maintenance special they were running, for $69.00...well worth it. The second time, I tried to take out my garage. This is a honest, professional business, as shown in the character of their technicians. As a single woman, they dealt with me fairly, respectfully and honestly. They were on time and priced fairly. I highly recommend Precision.

Our technician Bill was knowledgeable, experienced, courteous and prompt. He completed the work in a fast, professional manner. He explained what he was doing and why. Our job was not an easy repair. He exceeded our expectations. He deserves better than a 5 out of 5. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. Great work at a fair price.
