SERVICE WAS PROMISED SAT. 11/18 LATE AFTERNOON, TEAM MEMBER PHONED AND SAID WAS ON WAY...I REQUESTED A SUNDAY TIME IF POSSIBLE. HE OFFERED TO ARRANGE THIS AND CALLED BACK SHORTLY TO TELL ME A TEAM MEMBER WOULD BE HERE 10 A.M. SUNDAY. “ZORNE” ARRIVED AND REPAIRED DOOR. Zoran was wonderful. Personable, friendly and very efficient. He was sensitive to my fear of the door falling and injuring my husband. He allayed my fear by systematically informing us of what he planned to do to resolve the problems, which were many. Zoran completed the work and thoroughly explained what had been done to achieve the safe functioning of the garage door. Your company was recommended to us by my daughter. Your Tech Z was friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and quick. He assessed the problem and made the repairs. He also looked everything over and advised of problems that may cause issues. He was also able to fix these issues. He also gave me a few tips to keep the system maintained and things to watch out for. I would not hesitate to call again for any problems in the future. And thank you for the Saturday appointment.

The technician, Will, was very personable, patient, professional and knowledgeable. This was my second interaction with Precision, since I found them on Angie's list, this past December. The first time was for a general maintenance special they were running, for $69.00...well worth it. The second time, I tried to take out my garage. This is a honest, professional business, as shown in the character of their technicians. As a single woman, they dealt with me fairly, respectfully and honestly. They were on time and priced fairly. I highly recommend Precision.

After my insurance rep. Wanted to use a company not my referred company which was Precision. I went along with their company who had yet to set an appointment a month later. After being paid in full their whole attention changed, I was told I has to wait until they decide when they saw fit . This was not setting well with me and I requested a refund and got the Harlem shuffle, I immediately called Precision and my estimate was still on file. Rep. Came out took my deposit and my appointment was made the same day. Very professional and understanding that my choice was Precision from day one. How can a popcorn company install a garage door when it us not what they di. If you want the job done right go to the company that specialize in garage doors.Thank you Precision

Anthony Wise called because he had a cancellation of his earlier service. So he came out earlier than scheduled. He diagnosed the problem just by walking up to the open door! Very efficient! Showed me how to check the problem if it ever occurred again. Then he proceeded to explain a dangerous situation I had with the garage door. Very pleased with the service. I would use them again!

We've used Precision Garage Door of Cleveland, I believe since 1st time had a problem, many moons ago. The phone staff (this time, Jennifer) has always been kind, friendly, informative and even funny. She told me at about 5pmish that Anthony would be here between 8 and 10pm. He was here within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to interact with. Problem solved in less than 1/2 hour. When I encounter an undesirable situation, I do not expect it to experience pleasure. Lol. However, Anthony made this situation a pleasurable experience with his courteous, understanding and overall personality. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. Thank-you all for such speedy, professional service, as always.
