The process of selecting, quoting, ordering and installing two new garage doors and door openers was simple, prompt, thorough and professional. Ryan, the installer, arrived at the promised time, then efficiently and thoroughly explained the installation process; afterwards, he reviewed the operation, maintenance & warranty and patiently answered questions. Great service and follow-up from both Anthony, who made the original sales call, the office staff and Ryan. The garage doors & openers look and operate up to expectations. My service was quick and simple, and my technician, John Franks, was very proessional, kind, and knowleable in helping me resolve it -- over the phone! My garage door would go up but not down, and the keypad on the garage wouldn't work either. He advised me to check that both sensor lights were on and not blocked by anything. In so doing, I found that one side was blocked by a snow shovel -- DUH!! He told me to remove it and try the fob again. Low and behold, the garage door went up AND down, and the code on the keypad worked! Needless to say, I was ecstatic -- to tears even! I am so thankful to a company that provides excellent customer service whether it results in a monetary transaction or not -- even though that is ALWAYS appreciated. My technician resolved my problem over the phone, thus avoiding ME a service charge, and HIM a trip for something that the customer could resolve, by themself, in one step. In my heart and mind, Precision is profoundly a five-star company/business that provides five-star customer service in addition to considering the customer's pocket, as well as their own. I would recommend them to ANYONE needing garage service.

Mr. Boland: Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. The world could use a few more companies like yours! Long story, short, my husband has MD and I just returned home on the 14th after surgery. We needed prescriptions refilled (only 1 more pain pill for my husband). The garage door would not open. We could not get out. We called Precision. Original appointment, per Brittany and Amy, could be no sooner than the 16th. I persisted called again and spoke to Jayson and Holly. They got on the job and we had the repair completed on the 15th about 10:00 am. The repair man was very nice, professional, and took care to make sure everything worked properly and that I understood everything before leaving. So sorry I cannot recall his name. He was great, Mr. Boland! And those are the kind of people that will keep you in business. And No Charge! If you have a problem with your garage door opener. Call Precision! I just had a Liftmaster Garage door opener installed. My installer/technician was Anthony Wise who was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable with this product. He was beyond awesome. Ask for him personally for your install and I will guarantee you that you will not be disappointed in the least. He took his time explaining this new system to me and it could not have been more appreciated. I know have an extremely quiet garage door opener that I have not had in more than 30+ years. Very pleased with the quick appointment time. Techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. This is the third time (3 different houses) that I have used them. I would highly recommend them for any garage door issues. They point out any worn down or ready to break parts, but do not pressure you to have them fixed on the spot. Very thorough job. The only company I will every use for garage door problems.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door after striking out with a competitor. My garage door was installed by an amateur, so it was recommended that the spring assembly, cable drums, and rollers be replaced. I was able to make an appointment very quickly for a weekend, which was nice. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the technician ("Z") answered all of my questions and then some. I actually learned a lot from him! The experience was wonderful overall. The price was a bit high, but I was okay with it as you get what you pay for.
