My sister referred me to Precision. I thought I only needed a simple repair, however, John (my technician) pointed out all of defects with my garage door and even I had to agree I needed a new door. Being on a fix income I can appreciate the fact I only had to come up with half down and the other half was due upon completion of the job which gave me time to come up with the other half. On the day John was to arrive to replace my door I was surprise he was doing the job by himself. I can rave about John all day long as he did an excellent job. John is very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I can also appreciate the five year warranty that came with my new garage door. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would rate Precision with an A+. Thank you Precision and John..with all of my heart...I thank you.

Was very happy with the service provided by Bill. He was here within an hour of my initial call and installed the springs within a timely manner . Would definitely use Precision again. On another note, kinda upset that when they sent this survey form it contained a $100 coupon that I could have used if I had received it at the appointment confirmation. It was only good at the time of service...

Precision Door was extremely convenient, timely and reasonably priced. I called them for a quote at 9pm on a Friday night and they were out Saturday morning to install the garage door. The technician Anthony Wise called me to make sure he could arrive early for the appointment and was fast and courteous when installing the door. Anthony took his time to show me all the functions of the door and common resolutions and trouble shoots that could save a future call. I highly recommend this company for installing your garage door!

We realized our door was broken on Friday, we called Saturday morning and by Saturday evening all was fixed. Fast, easy, good communication, and friendly. Everything was explained, I was given options and there were no surprises. Even some slight adjustments made at the end of the job to make it better when we talked it over. Great service, happy to recommend and will use Precision again!

I had the molding on the bottom of the garage door replaced. The Technician was excellent. I give him 5 stars. My only issue was that I called the company the day before and asked that they made sure that the technician also bring the molding that goes around the door and they assured me that he would have it all on the truck He was never notified and did not have the molding. However, he did tell me he would replace it another time and not charge an additional service fee.

Anthony, the "Wise" guy, was very helpful in determining the problem and fixing the chewed up wire from some frantic beast in our garage. However, you need to put these bright minds that work for you, Precision Door executives, to come up with a solution to a what seems to be a re-occurring problem besides getting rid of uncontrollable elements (critters), and shoring up the wiring with some kind of reinforcement so we won't have to forego our next vacation because we paid you that much.

I chose Precision Door because of the ability to call on Sunday evening when our garage door opener failed. A technician was promised to service the opener the next day. Our technician was John Franks. He called to let us know when he would arrive, and he arrived when he said he would. John Franks was professional,knowledgeable, friendly and extremely thorough. He did an excellent job and I will, definitely, recommend him to anyone who needs this service! Thank you!

I have have to say I was really impressed with the whole service. The customer service department was able to set up an appointment very quickly. John called 15 minutes ahead and arrived promptly. He was congenial and professional. He genuinely showed enthusiasm for his work. I was worried that he would not be able to open the door as it seemed frozen to me and there is no window or side door to allow access inside, but when he was able push one side of the garage door in there was a metallic pop followed by the door opening. I had to resist going into Don Rickles mode; "What are you, some kind of garage door chiropractor?" But John looked around and made a recommendation. He explained why he was recommending certain things and how he would do them. He also never used any jargon and was clear and concise in his language. His work was done promptly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this company.

The service and the quality of the work is a 5/5. The spring broke in half and we actually bought the entire commercial mechanism. John Franks is outstanding, explaining everything he does, has company uniform on and a badge, fully insured, this was our 2nd experience with Precision. Upon arriving home from vacation, we realized our garage door wouldn't open. Both springs were broken. Our neighbor had Precision fix his garage door, so he gave us the number. Next day service was prompt and professional. Work done was completed in a timely manner. John Franks was our service guy and he explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the results. William Coad was out on March 18th to fix our garage door. It had slipped out of the track due to door panels being frozen shut and it opening askew, several of the rollers had come off. He had the door reset in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and informative! Thank you for your prompt service!
