I had repairs completed in June of 2017. At that time I paid for a full warranty on my garage door. So, when I needed additional repairs in April 2019 I called Precision Door. Bill the service technician was very informative and explained what I needed to have my garage door closed tightly. I appreciate his advanced call to inform me of when he would arrive at my house. I also appreciated the Angie's List discount on the service call fee. Thanks again for your excellent customer service.

I had a gentleman come out to see what the problem was with my garage door he checked it out and gave me 3 quotes one for repair and 2 for new openers, I decided to get a second opinion and had the problem fixed for 300.00 less then his best quote

I love the 24/7 service. I called at 9:00pm and I had service at 8:00 am the next day. Anthony was on time called to let me know he was here. He give and explained all options good and bad. Excellent service and very tech savvy. John was fantastic. Fit us in in an emergency and got motor replaced and operational within 2 hours. Great find on the internet during a crisis. Everyone from receptionist to technician was very professional. Highly recommend!!

Paul arrived as promised and did a complete inspection of not only the damaged cable but check the condition of the entire door system. He offered me repair estimates based on the inspection. I chose to get a complete rebuild of the system. He even invited me to watch the repair job being done. Door sounds better now than it has in years. Very happy with the work that was done and will call them again if I need service again.

Paul was a total pro... Showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed our garage quickly! He gave me some maintenance tips, too. Garage works better now than when we moved in! Also wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience I had with Precision. Our garage was in such bad shape that it couldn't even be opened manually. I called on Sunday afternoon. They were able to schedule service for Monday morning, and Paul fixed it before lunch.

I had PD recondition our old garage doors several years ago and was very pleased with the service, so when one of the doors suddenly failed to open I called PD again. The schedulers were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my needs. I was pleased to learn that the same technician who had serviced the doors, Bill Adamini, would be coming out again to fix the stuck door. Bill is very professional, friendly, and does good work. He quickly unstuck the problem door, tested both doors to ensure that they were working properly, made some needed adjustments, and also found and corrected a condition that would have caused a problem later. The service is expensive but also top-rate. Their warranty is also excellent. I have confidence in the quality of PD’s work, so I will call them again if our garage doors need further service.

Honestly, I chose Precision because their sticker was on the garage door! They had provided services for the previous owner of my home. I was so pleased that, due to another customer's cancellation, they were able to provide service a day earlier than scheduled!! William was very professional. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the old parts and reviewed the invoice with me. Per my request, he also showed me how to open the door in the event of a power failure. Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.
