When I googled electric garage doors, Precision stood out as the best choice. I didn't contact them the first time I researched companies, but a few days later a few items were stolen from my garage. I went back to the internet and contacted Precision. The same day I called a very nice man (Tony) came to give me an estimate. I had been told he would arrive between 2:00 and 6:00, and he arrived at 2:00 after calling me. He was kind and helpful and gave me an estimate. He also gave me the phone number of a man to do the electrical work before the doors were to be installed. That man (Greg) was also kind and helpful. The work was soon completed. The doors were installed and working perfectly within a couple weeks of my initial phone call. All three workers were professional and cleaned up after their work was accomplished. I highly recommend this company.

I had my door serviced exactly a year ago. The technician then talked me into purchasing the premium springs and the other components that cost twice more than the cheaper ones that he said would not last. Recently the “premium” springs have gotten loose and the garage door closed on me while I was inside it. I had to pay a service fee of over $60.00 today after the technician tightened the springs. I will never use this company again. The premium components were supposed to have been premium and should have lasted longer than the components we had before that came from the Home Depot and lasted for years.

Garage door springs broke on a Thursday Called a local garage repair company and they told me they could not repair it until Monday between 10 and 5. Then I called PRECISION Should have done that first! VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE, WORKED WITH ME AROUND OUR WORK SCHEDULE AND IT WAS REPAIRED FRIDAY AFTERNOON! Our experience with Precision Door was a pleasure. Each of the staff we dealt with (reception/scheduling, sales, technician) was professional and courteous. Appointments were met on time and our technician, Will, arrived ready to work. He removed heavy wooden non-motorized doors and installed new doors with openers, provided two keypads, and tested to make sure they worked; then returned to install key bypass for use in event of power outage. We are pleased with the quality of the doors and openers, the installation process, and the technical expertise and customer service. Highly recommend Precision Door.

On time, excellent service! Lots of issues I blamed on door weight and shifting ground from a nearby tree all disappeared after John finished his work. Turns out the door was never installed right to begin with twenty two years ago.... John also took time to explain to me how to use everything, trouble shoot it, what to do for power outtages and even how to maintain it to make it last and continue to work correctly. Very impressive - their numbers in my contacts now and I will definitely recommend them.

Anthony is an excellent technician who replaced the lift cables as requested. He also pointed out that the rollers were very worn and could be a safety hazard while the door is raised, considering the weight of the 50-year old wooden door. When he replaced the rollers, the door was no longer noisy when raising and lowering, and there seemed to be less strain on the opener. Anthony recommended replacement with an uninsulated metal door for $1,300 and offered to apply today's repair charge of $355 as a deposit, assuming we purchase the new door within one week. To me, this is a very fair way to do business, and promotes a long term, continuing relationship.

I was very happy that the technician Will was able to come out the same day, tho this was not an emergency. We just needed a tune-up/lube/keypad replacement. Will offered 2 options to get the doors to optimum working condition and quoted pricing on all options. Will was awesome, and very meticulous, and made a special trip to the shop to get the part he needed. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

When my garage door wouldn't close I was frantic! It was Sunday, no one else was home and I had no idea where to turn. "Go to the yellow pages" a little voice told me, and a few minutes later I was on the phone to the one that looked the most reliable. And was it ever!! From the initial conversation with the helpful secretary on the phone to the time the door was repaired and in use it was only a few hours. The technician, Bill Adamini, saw the problem immediately and had the tools to repair the broken cable. We discussed the rusting on the lower panel of the door and he assured me it didn't mean replacing the whole door, just that panel. I asked him to put in the order and the next day he returned to take care of that. He had it completed in less than an hour!! It is so reassuring to have such a wonderful experience as this. Contacted the company Saturday evening when our garage door wouldn’t open. Offered to come out on Sunday but it wasn’t a good time for us. Paul was here first thing Monday morning and took care of the repairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Maybe q bit pricey but great service.

I was having problems with my garage door opener. The door would go up using the keypad but not down. The service technician, Paul, arrived punctually. He was friendly, polite and very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced two sensors and the keypad. He also made recommendations to replace the springs and rollers, though not urgent. I will follow up on that in the near future. This was my first time using Precision Door, and I was very impressed by the quality of the service I received. This is an excellent company that stands on its word. I will definitely use them in the future and can recommend Precision Door to others.

5 stars and super service first from Zoran who explained the opener system that I had and why it wasn't working properly. I had a choice the to fix it or install a new system on the spot. I chose the new system but Zoran didn't have the proper opener in the truck and was coming back with it later. He got caught up on another job and asked Anthony to take his place. Anthony came and installed a new opener and controls in less than in hour. He then explained exactly how it worked. Both men were friendly and courteous. Their explanations of the system and its workings were clear and understandable. Precision Door deserves all the accolades it receives. I will happily use it again and recommend it.
