Wow! The technician, Anthony, showed up 5 minutes early and finished the job in less time than quoted. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed new equipment without using high-pressure sales tactics before completing the repair. After two weeks, the new equipment is working as expected and the new opener is much more quiet than the previous unit.
