I am President of a condominium association. I called Precision Door to assess the needs of our very old, sagging garage door. It was determined that a coupler had failed and we opted to replace all mechanical items, including springs, bearings, roller wheels, pulleys etc. at one time. Al from Precision door came out, gave us a written quote, we accepted that quote and Precision door took it from there. We were very pleased and impressed by the professionalism from Al, as a representative of the company, and the work was completed in the timeframe we were quoted. If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly Recommended!
