I received a same day appointment when I called for service! I was appreciative of that since my garage door has been inoperable for a couple of weeks. Service technician Anthony arrived sooner than expected and was very pleasant. He diagnosed my issue and went over the options thoroughly. John G. arrived on time and immediately inspected my garage door to determine the problem. He kindly took the time to show me the deliberate damage that had been done to the door by the previous garage door repairman who had been at my home three days prior. He explained what needed to be done to correct the problem, and after agreeing for him to do the work he had the door working in less than thirty minutes. Again he took the time to make certain all was properly working to my satisfaction. If I have any problems in the future, I will use Precision again. When a new door is needed, they will install it.

Amazing friendly quick experience. Zoran was the technician who came out to help and was in and out and very helpful and friendly. Recommending to all my neighbors. Put my initial call in at 930 to request help and Zoran showed up 2 hours later and put my door back on track and completed everything before noon.

We chose Precision for a new garage door and opener 4 yrs. ago and have never had a bit of trouble. The service was outstanding. After a recent power outage we called Precision again for a battery replacement. Paul Broschik was here within the hour replaced the battery and did a maintenance safety check on the system. He was quick, personable and very efficient. Thank you Precision for outstanding service again.

First class service on short notice by a knowledgeable and very pleasant service technician. He was able to pinpoint the problem quickly, confirm his diagnosis, and suggest a solution including several options. He explained his thoughts as he discussed the available choices and was able to help us choose what served us best. Two days later arrived with parts for a quick install with description of what was being done and improvements over older(20 plus years) replaced motor and chain. We had our choice of garage door companies but based on the reviews, we chose Precision. We were delighted with the representative John "the hobbit" Gilles. What a delightful guy. I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Tech John Franks was punctual, polite and obviously very knowledgeable. He quickly realized my issue was very minor yet he took the time to explain everything to me. He charged me only for the service call as he told me that was the only fair way to do it since he was at my hse for such a short time. This was my first experience with Precision Door and I was really pleased with every aspect. I called on a Saturday and got to talk to a real person. A service call was scheduled for the following day, a Sunday! The technician called to say he was on his way and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He solved the problem by replacing the old, defective eye sensors and then tested the installation. As a courtesy he lubricated the door hinges which were noisier than they should be. A nice touch! The service was great and the cost was fair. What more could you ask for! I’ve already recommended Precision Door to my daughter and to two friends.

After experiencing a mishap with our garage door late on a Saturday evening, I was amazed to call Precision Door at 9:15 on a Sunday morning and have a person answer the phone. He took my info, scheduled a service call for later that same day, and followed up with an e-mail confirming our appointment. The technician, Bill Adamini, showed up ahead of schedule and got our garage door repaired very quickly. Overall, a fantastic customer service experience. Thank you for taking care of our problem in such a timely, courteous manner.
