I'm impressed with the service! It's about 10 degrees outside this morning and yet your service tech (Bill) greeted me with a smile and was ready to work on repairing my garage door. He fixed the door and did a safety inspection. He pointed out a couple things that need to be taken care -- and he did this without a heavy sales pitch. I'll definitely call you again and recommend you to friends and family.

Precision provided me with an email naming my technician and identifying him by picture and bio minutes after making the appointment. Paul arrived promptly in a Precision truck, Precusuib labled clothing and ID, listened to my concerns and went right to work diagnosing my problem. He also provided me with options for future consideration and the rationale for such suggestions. There was no upsell pressure and his demeanor was friendly and reassuring. I am impressed with Precision from my first view of the home page to the wave goodbye to Paul as he drove away!

Several weeks ago, in an emergency operation, Al came by to replace our garage door springs and the other moving parts, with professionalism and quality. Our neighbor noticed recently that our garage door would close partially (we had driven off apparently) and re-open. Based on this, we called Precision yesterday and Al came by this morning. After some diagnostics, he made some adjustments and said to call again if this did not help. After sales service differentiates a mediocre company from an outstanding one. Precision's after sales service is impeccable.

Fantastic Service! I'm a repeat customer (had new openers installed several months ago by Bill Adamini, who was great), and I was a bit leery of getting a technician this time that was relatively new to your business. Prince Robinson proved my wrong! He was very professional and personal. He called ahead and showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, needed a new spring, but I ended up opting for your rebuild package since my doors were about 20 years old (I decided to have both doors done). Prince told me it would take about 3 hours, and he was right on. His work clearly met my high expectations. I wish all technicians and businesses operated as stellar as Prince and Precision.

Your representative was very customer service oriented. Although I was pleased with the service up provided,I am a beast cancer patient,living on a fixed income and as much as I would like to possibly do business with you,I simply cannot afford the quoted price. I have 5 estimates and your quote was twice as much as others I have on hand. Therefore I regret that I must decline your service. Thank you for your time and consideration.

The main garage door refused to work in the context that my husband was in hospital (in intensive care). I had to get the car out and get to him that day. I called around and Precision responded quickly: despite the typical time interval they give for making a house call (Nov 8, 11am-2pm), the Precision technician came at 11 am once I explained my desperate situation. The service technician was very professional, examined both garage doors, and then came in to speak to us about the "diagnosis" and his recommendations. He changed both pairs of springs plus all the moving parts (now well worn down) in an incredible 60-70 minutes. The garage door is the most silent its been x 7 years and I was able to be driven in my car to my husband in the ICU. Thank you!

I had a wonderful technician by the name of Prince at my home today. Prince called to let me know that he was running a few minutes behind to our appointment, but he listened when I called back and said that I would be a few minutes late as well. Prince listened intently to my needs, asked relevant questions and didn't push in selling to my problems and concerns. He gave me options and allowed me to make an informed decision. Not only did he fix my door opening and closing issue, he also did it with a smile on his face! He allowed me to ask questions and gave me a straight answer without trying to twist the facts to fit the sale. I am glad to know that my doors are fixed and working properly and I would gladly have him come back to my house at a future date - when a spring decides to let go.
