This morning my garage door would not open due to a broken spring. I called you around 9:00 AM to see if someone could come today and was given an appointment 12:00 to 3:00. Less than 2 hrs later your technician, Zoran,called to ask if it was OK to arrive early which I appreciated. After reviewing my problem door, he clearly explained my options. I chose the complete overhaul since my garage door is old and many parts were wearing out. Zoran was knowledgeable, polite and thorough in completing the repairs. Thank you.

The service technician was excellent. He demonstrated a commanding knowledge of the system. Anthony was on time and completed the repair earlier than expected. The price was fair and Anthony was able to explain and show me why I needed the repairs he recommended. Upon completion of the repair there was an immediate improvement on how the operated. My door was stuck open with a broken cable bracket and the tech came the same day I called to take care of it. I knew my door hardware was old and in bad shape and Jason explained a package where I keep the door and he replaced most of the moving parts. Now its quiet, balanced, and most importantly goes up and down again. He also gave me advice on my other door even though he did not service it. I was impressed!

The service that Cleveland Garage Doors gave me was excellent. The technician showed up when he said he would and he was very knowledgeable concerning what my garage door needed. The work was completed quickly and the technician explained why my problem occured and how he would address the issue so that it will not happen again. The company accepted my credit card and I was given a packet with helpful information and waranty. Definitely a five star.

First, they answer the phone, not a recording. Second, I was able to schedule a time for the next day that was convenient for me (not an emergency). Matt actually was there ahead of schedule and called to see if it would be ok, which was actually better for me. He was friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Would use Precision again without hesitation.

Bill did an awesome job with our garage door. Our old door broke while our cars were inside of the garage. We were in a bind with needing them to get out and quick. Bill came over on a Sunday and helped us out. Our door was not repairable, but he worked with me to design the door of my choice. It's in and it looks great! We will definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone who is looking. Thank you!

Anthony, our installer, was probably one of the most professional people I have encountered. He gave us a very fair price, installed, cleaned up, and hauled the old door away within the time frame indicated. Anthony came out to the house to deal with an issue on the garage door. He was able to come to the house much earlier than originally scheduled. He was able to troubleshoot the problem with the garage sensors, install new sensors and have the garage work properly. He also helped program a garage remote control. Overall great work and very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Precision was one of serveral companies that we had give us a quote for our new garage door and opener. Precision gave us the best and friendliest services. Heard about Precision on Angies List. Decided to go with Precision because they had a special for Angies List members. Service performed was the 'Garage Door Tune-up PLUS Roller Replacement'. WOW! Hello, Anthony Wise came and installed a new garage opener at my house on 7/1/2013 at approx 9:10. It was late but he didn't mind doing the work. He was very pleasant and explained the difference between the 2 garage door openers he had on his truck. Once I decided he went to work. He apologized because it took longer than expected. Here it was at 10:20pm and he is apologizing to me because it was taking him longer than he thought it would. I told him nothing ever goes right and I appreciated him doing this so late. When he was done he helped my roommate program her car for the remote. It took him no time at all to figure it out. It was very refreshing to have a service technician that was pleasant, happy and more than willing to go above and beyond what his job was. He is an asset to your company. I have used another company for my garage needs but have recently been very unhappy with the services they have been providing. With the pleasant experience that Anthony conveyed on behalf of your company, you have a new customer. I did not receive an assessment card but wanted to express how pleased I was with Anthony. Thanks for the copy of the invoice as well.
