"AWESOME" Customer service beyond compare first from Jason Swartz. Then Ryan Freeman comes to install the door and puts the icing on the cake with his knowledge, experience and superb customer service. I can hardly believe that he took down my old garage door and assembly and replace the new garage door without assistance. I read the many written reviews concerning this company before I made my decision, after all this was an investment. However the price was great and the reviews are certainly true. Service was excellent, as advertised. I called at 1:45pm on a Saturday afternoon and repair tech arrived around 3pm, completed work by 4:15pm, and that included some unexpected wrinkles in the job. Al replaced our broken torsion spring, mounted a new center plate for it, installed new rollers, and replaced a broken cable, all with great efficiency on a pretty cold day. Thanks, Al and Precision. Anthony Wise arrived promptly at my home and explained and demonstrated what was causing problems with my opener. Since he felt it is was at least 30 years old I had the Lift Master premium Series opener installed. He did a nice job installing, also explaining the opener and cleaning up all the mess. He was pleasant and efficient and hopefully I will have this garage door opener a long time! Also appreciate the prompt service after placing the call and not being told that you were too busy like the first company I called.
In most cases we are able to provide same day service and if not, we are able to arrive first thing the following morning. Our technicians are prompt, courteous and professional. We are pleased your experience was a good one.

We have an attached garage and the overhead door was stopped and stuck in a half open position. Using the yellow pages, I called two other companies first and was told they couldn't come out until the next day. Your ad stated 24/7 service and was confirmed by the girl answering the phone at 4:00 P.M Your installer Z arrived about 5:00. The motor on the opener was burned out and needed replacing. We were not familiar with your product or company but when Z talked about it in depth, we were impressed. He installed Lift Master Opener in an hour and a half but spent much more time patiently explaining everything he thought we needed to know. He was a good representative for your company; knowledgeable, polite and didn't rush us into a decision.

What a truly great company! We had trouble with a broken spring but the tech also pointed out issues with the cable and rollers. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. When my garage door would not open last night I thought I was in for some trouble. I called precision door at 6:30, after business hours,after seeing them on google, I was greeted wih an appointment for the following morning. Paul arrived promptly around 10 am and was skills at assessing necessary repair, but honest about what I absolutely needed. He was pleasant to deal with and knowledgable. He installed new rollers and a torsion lift system for my old wooden garage door and I was amazed at how easy it moved when complete and totally worth the investment to have it done right.

Anthony was absolutely amazing and extremely professional in his service today. Our garage door broke and he was able to come out the same day, and get here early for us. Since I've been home on maternity leave & my husband was at work, I had no idea how much snow our driveway had & he couldn't even get into the driveway. Anthony just shoveled the drievway for me, and he is so polite & professional in his work & communication. He clearly explained the problem to me, and was able to quickly install a new garage door opener for us (I guessed on the type in the box below, but it's a new LiftMaster. He took his time explaining everything to me & programming things for me, and I have already recommended Precision and Anthony to my friends and sister whose garage door also recently broke and will likely be calling you soon to make a repair on the west side of Cleveland. I don't know that I've ever been more impressed with a company than I was with the repair that was done on my garage door on Sunday. As my wife and I were leaving for Sunday brunch, our door came off track, dangling on both sides. I called to schedule an appointment as I was already preparing to call off work on Monday, as my car was stuck in the garage. To my shock, I got a same day appointment. To even more of a shock, Bill was able to come out, do the repair, and be cleaned up in less than an hour. To my complete amazement, everything was covered under my warranty from the repair I had to do in the fall. I couldn't ask for more. Incredibly quick service, incredible attention to detail, and it was covered under the warranty!?!? You have a customer for life.

We selected Precision because of its strong ratings and great reviews on Angie's List. Jason, the technician, arrived promptly at the designated time, assessed the door and opener, and gave us options for repair and/or replacement. He was very pleasant and exceptionally easy to work with. He took time to point out issues and safety concerns to me. I felt he was honest and upfront. We still need to decide whether to have a rebuild done or have the old door and hardware completely replaced but we know we will definitely use Precision for the job. I certainly would recommend Precision to my friends.
