After calling Precision late in the day when our garage door stopped working, the technician, Bill, arrived 1st thing the next morning, as promised, calling ahead to let us know he was on the way. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.
