Paul came out the same day I called. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my garage door, and programmed both of our cars to open the doors without remotes. Great experience with Precision Door Service!

Chris came out to the house within 2 hours of when I called. He did a great job installing new springs, new rollers and performing all needed maintenance. I am extremely pleased with the work performed, and now when I come home late the door doesn't make that loud noise anymore to alert and waken my wife!

Al did a terrific job fixing our broken garage door! He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He called in advance to let us know he was on the way. We also appreciate that Precision Door Service provides an immediate response. We initially contacted Sears for the repair but they said a technician wasn't available for 10 days. What kind of service is that? We'll always use PDS and will tell our friends too!

Hello, Everything appeared to go well this morning but I went to open the garage door now (to run an errand) and the door will not stay up and I cannot get my car out. I have called your office to ask that someone come out tomorrow (Friday) to get this corrected and I have an appointment for late morning. Luckily, I am working from home tomorrow otherwise I would miss a day of work. The person I spoke with told me that I may be charged $65 for a service call. REALLY? Please tell me that your company takes responsibility for the work done and parts installed during at least the first 24 hours. Thank you, Melanie Klinec

We just moved to Ohio. Appointment was very easy to set up. Chris the technician was right on time and he offered me all the different options of putting new springs and equipment on our garage door. Very efficient service and everything was done within 3 hours.

Not really; however, I'm glad that I called you. I called the Akron area number, but the very pleasant lady got me an appointment in Cuyahoga county the same day. The technician was outstanding. He called ahead of time to see if he could come early, which was great for me. Tony was very thorough and quiet knowledgeable. I like the way that he explained things as he went along. When we bought our house last year, the garage door opening system failed in the first 30 days. We contacted Precision and they came quickly and had a brand new high quality system installed in one visit. The technicians are friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable. We recently had a small service issue, called the office and a tech was there in about an hour. It required just a small adjustment and we were back in business. We highly recommend Precision!

When Precision Garage Door technician, Paul Broschk arrived to our home to repair our garage door springs, his first response was to evaluate the entire functionality of the garage door. The door was in need of a real tune-up. Paul Broschk presented us with three repair scenarios at three separate price points. We choose the mid-rage repair option was very pleased with the outcome. I found my experience to be most enjoyable. I called on a Sunday and spoke to an employee. You can imagine how surprised I was. Then a technician came to assess my garage door. Ryan is the technician who came today to install my 2 new doors. There was quite a lot to do but he was very efficient and had both doors completed before the time they said it would take. I'm still looking at my new doors. From start to finish everyone I encountered was very knowledgable and helpful. I would highly recommend your company. Thank you.

I chose Precision as I saw they were highly rated, along with BBB and Angie's list. I had another company previously put in a door and because of their poor work standard and installation, I am faced with a repair of a door that is less than 5 years old. My technician, Will , was so helpful and was very knowledgeable about the door and how the damage happened. He was very pleasant and I look forward to working with him. He took time to explain all the different parts that needed repair and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company!

William Coad was the technician - prompt, solved problem other companies hadn't (saying type of rubber molding at door bottom no longer manufactured). He improvised & installed satisfactory substitute, also lubricated and tested door for good operation, pointed out other impending operational needs. Overall very satisfied and would call this company again in future. Five stars.

I found Precision on Yahoo and their website looked great. When I called I told them I needed immediate assistance with my garage door because I had a doctors appointment for my daughter and they were out at my house within the hour. It was great! My repair man Will was great, informative, new the product inside and out, was professional, polite and was able to fix my garage door for the right price. I will definitely continue my business with Precision in the future and recommend them to my neighbors and friends. My first impression was great and that's what it takes. Reputation is all you have in business and I give Precision FIVE STARS!!
