Will was a genuinely nice guy who was prompt and honest about what I needed. I was given my options and chose the more expensive, but better deal overall. Now I have a like new system and a lifetime warranty that stays with the house. It will be a good selling point as we're looking to move in the next couple of years! Surprisingly good service (I have low expectations for contractors). The guy they sent out was very jolly and almost OCD about fixing my garage door while doing it as inexpensively as he could for me. When he got done, he gave me the bill, and then looked at my other garage door and made a couple adjustments to make it work better (at no charge - he couldn't just not fix it). Definitely recommend.

Paul was the technician sent out to us on December 13, 2017 to look at our 16 yr old garage door opener. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and on time! Precision installed a new garage door and Liftmaster opener in July, 2016. We were very pleased with the installation process and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Our Liftmaster malfunctioned on Monday, November 27th. I called around 9AM and a service tech was at my house by 3PM that day. He diagnosed the problem which required a replacement of the opener head. He did not have the part on board but did return the following day with a new unit and completed the work withing 15 minutes. He was very efficient and courteous, apologizing for the inconvenience. The replacement was covered under warranty.

At 8:00 am this morning, hurrying to work I backed out of garage without pushing overhead door to open. You guessed it I bent the door, but because of it is Precision, it still lifted back up. By 9:00 am I called Precision and got courteous promise of a call back at 3:00. On the minute a technician called at 3:00, humored me that I wasn't the only one who did that, and appeared to fix it, at 5:00 pm. We settled on short term solution with bending and a new bar on bottom panel. Job was done by six. Ryan was efficient, competent and trustworthy. Thank you Precision. You're the best

I had a very old/original garage door the spring broke, but the bottom of the door was all rotted out. Precision was able to remove the old door and install a new one very quickly. My installer was Ryan and he came in, did the work. He was very professional. Very happy with the new door.

Z came out and gave our door a tuneup, new rollers, and leveled the door. He was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the door and pointing out upcoming issues.
