Anthony came to our home to repair the bracket and rollers on our garage door. From the time he introduced himself to my husband and I, we knew we were in good hands!! We could tell he was a very intelligent and experienced technician just by conversing with him. He explained exactly what our problem was with the garage door, explained what options we had to repair the door, and once we made our decision, he did the repair in no time!!!! This is the second time I've used precision door for service. A year ago I had my garage doors replaced. This year I had a new garage door opener put in. I was pleased with the prompt sevice. I do however think the price was a bit high. also have an issue with the batteries I recieved with the openers: One was no good in just 2 days after purchase and the other the other one 4 days after purchase. I suggest you test them before using.I would make life easier.

Mr. William Coad came to our house ON time, and called first, to inform us that he will be there in 20 minutes, it took him 15, Precision Door is a class act, why go with anyone else. Bill Adamini responded to the service call very quickly. The cable broke and he replaced the latch with a heavier one. He had to take the window out so he could get inside the garage. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Would recommend Precision Door.
