Matt came on time, and was friendly, courteous and informative. The problem: the garage door was was opening and closing erratically. Matt diagnosed the problem as a misaligned sesnsor, and he fixed it. We're very pleased with the service.

Zoran Jovanovic came out, not because there was anything wrong with the functionality of my garage door, but because I unknowingly wiped out the frequency of my remotes and I was unable to open my garage door. UGH! Zoran showed patience and perseverance while working on a job that wasn't that easy... and this was on a Saturday. When I initially spoke with the operator, i mentioned that I needed to leave my home at a certain time to visit my Mom in the hospital. Zoran arrived early, completed the job and I was on my way in plenty of time. Thank you, Zoran! And thank you, Precision!

Complete garage system replaced....springs , cables, rollers, etc. Very pleased with immediate response and same day service especially since my car was in the garage and door broken. The only thing I would have done or advised would have been to cover my car to protect from any dust and or debris. Highly recommend Precision.

I needed repair work & heard of Precision Door from a co-worker. I did some investigating (BBB & Angies List) & liked what I saw...services offered, ratings, professional website etc. I had the repair work done in April & was very pleased with the quality of work, cost and equally important the technician "Z". Z recommended a new unit before winter so I called & had him come back for the install & remotes....he is simply put .... Awesome!!!! He even helped my new neighbor program a remote he was having trouble with! I have recommended Precision every chance I get!!!!

They were the only company able to find springs that would work for our 80 year old garage door. They came same day and always at the time they said that would. When we had problems with our opener later they came and fixed it for free. I wish I could find plumbers, painters, and handymen who were as responsive!

I called around to get general estimates to install a lock on a garage door at a rental property. Precision was the only company willing to give me a price range of locks and tell me how much the service call would be. The garage door had an opener, but it hadn't worked since we bought the property. We assumed it would be cheaper to install a lock than to repair the opener. The technician, Matt, asked a few questions and took a quick look at the setup. He discovered the wiring going to a safety sensor was bad. He quickly replaced the wire and the door works beautifully now. The best part was that the price was lower than installing a lock. If I look at time spent and cost of materials, the price was high. But when I factor in that Matt had the knowledge and training to repair my problem in very little time, freeing me up to go back to work, the price was very reasonable.

Bill was terrific! He arrived ahead of schedule (after calling to make sure this was okay with me) and completed the repairs quickly. At the end he provided me with a summary of the work he did plus a list of other things he checked to ensure all aspects of my garage door and opener are in good working condition. Wow! Will Coad, what a technician. We were very uncomfortable and caught off guard when we heard how much it was going to cost.. The service tech's name was Al. He was prompt, personable and efficient. He quickly installed a keypad and made sure the garage door was operating correctly. He replaced a battery in my garage door opener and lubricated the garage door. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I would give him a rating of 5 stars! Paul arrived as scheduled and performed an OUTSTANDING job. Prior to beginning, he asked me how old was my garage door. I had NO idea. I just moved into the house in May 2015. I was concerned that critics could get in through the 4" opening in the weather stripping. Paul explained the things that could also go wrong at any time. Although I was not expecting to pay the amount I did, PAUL made me feel COMFORTABLE AND SECURE for LIFE. He assured me that if I had any problems, just give him a call.
