I had a broken torsion spring, but the entire door was in bad shape. Paul was my initial technician. He gave me a full assessment of what was broken and how bad the other parts were. We shifted to a complete replacement as I would have just been putting off the inevitable. Paul showed me the options and within minutes, we had the new door ordered and an appointment scheduled. Ryan came in at the appointed time, pulled the old door out, and had the new door installed. He cleaned up the space and tested everything to my satisfaction. An excellent job by both technicians.

Not expecting service till next week as I called late on a Friday, and was surprised to learn that a repairman would be available Saturday morning. Zoran was absolutely professional and a patient, informative educator. Extremely satisfied with the workmanship, efficiency and respectful client interaction - would recommend to anyone/everyone.

The same day the spring went on one of my two garage doors, one of my garage door opener motors died as well. Bill came out and gave an exact cost to repair the broken spring, and also provided the cost to replace the old garage door opener (I opted to have both door openers replaced). Bill was able to schedule the repair for the next day! He was early to the appointment scheduled and finished right around the time he said he would. I would definitely recommend Precision, and Bill, and would definitely work with them again! Thanks Bill!

Today (1/22/16) Anthony Wise arrived right on schedule and worked during very cold weather conditions. We discussed all the options for improving the system in our new home and we chose a programmable one. Anthony was very polite and knowledgeable and answered my MANY questions about how the system works. I was also glad when he told me that Precision offers 24 hour service. When I realized that despite my decades of experience at fixing things in houses, I was in over my head, (I strongly suggest that you don't try fixing it yourself because its a whole lot more complicated than it looks and can be downright dangerous.) I called Precision and got astonishingly fast service. The technician was efficient, skilled and courteous. Call to finished job was no more than two hours. I highly recommend Precision.

The operator bracket on my garage door separated from the door preventing it from opening. I called Precision Door Service and the issue was resolved the next morning! John was thorough in his inspection procedure, walked me through several repair options and was very meticulous in his repair; even pausing throughout the procedure to explain to me what he was doing. I am incredibly happy with the result and confident the service was done to the highest of standards. I honestly would not have expected this level of service (from start to finish) from a garage door service company. We will definitely be using them again; though I don't think we'll need to!

Matt Petroff was our tech and was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in his work. Stated he would be at our residence between 2 and 4 pm and was on time. Told us it would take one hour to complete the service but it took him much less time. Was very neat and cleaned up after himself, and looked and acted very professionally.

We were amazed to be offered a same-day appointment. We scheduled for the next morning. Zoran called to say he was on his way, and arrived promptly. He explained the problem well, showed me what was wrong, and offered options to fix it. Our original installers did a poor job with cheap parts. Zoran replaced parts (spring, cables and rollers), added an additional brace for a track, and rebalanced the door. It works better and more quietly than when it was installed. He gave an estimate and quickly finished the work, which is guaranteed for life (parts and labor). It was an expensive, but necessary repair, and we are pleased with the outcome. I wish we had known of the quality of Precision Door when we originally replaced our old wood garage door. Lesson learned.
