Honestly, I chose Precision because their sticker was on the garage door! They had provided services for the previous owner of my home. I was so pleased that, due to another customer's cancellation, they were able to provide service a day earlier than scheduled!! William was very professional. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the old parts and reviewed the invoice with me. Per my request, he also showed me how to open the door in the event of a power failure. I noticed that he did not drive away until I drove my car inside the garage and closed the door. I appreciate that! Thanks, William A. for the great service.

Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.

My service was quick and simple, and my technician, John Franks, was very proessional, kind, and knowleable in helping me resolve it -- over the phone! My garage door would go up but not down, and the keypad on the garage wouldn't work either. He advised me to check that both sensor lights were on and not blocked by anything. In so doing, I found that one side was blocked by a snow shovel -- DUH!! He told me to remove it and try the fob again. Low and behold, the garage door went up AND down, and the code on the keypad worked! Needless to say, I was ecstatic -- to tears even! I am so thankful to a company that provides excellent customer service whether it results in a monetary transaction or not -- even though that is ALWAYS appreciated. My technician resolved my problem over the phone, thus avoiding ME a service charge, and HIM a trip for something that the customer could resolve, by themself, in one step. In my heart and mind, Precision is profoundly a five-star company/business that provides five-star customer service in addition to considering the customer's pocket, as well as their own. I would recommend them to ANYONE needing garage service.

Quick and efficient I scheduled the appointment for Wednesday 8-10. The technician Paul came shortly before 8. He provided me tour the information regarding the repair of my garage. He was in and out within 1 hour and 15 minutes. My garage was smooth and quiet now. Great job Paul.

Mr. Boland: Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. The world could use a few more companies like yours! Long story, short, my husband has MD and I just returned home on the 14th after surgery. We needed prescriptions refilled (only 1 more pain pill for my husband). The garage door would not open. We could not get out. We called Precision. Original appointment, per Brittany and Amy, could be no sooner than the 16th. I persisted called again and spoke to Jayson and Holly. They got on the job and we had the repair completed on the 15th about 10:00 am. The repair man was very nice, professional, and took care to make sure everything worked properly and that I understood everything before leaving. So sorry I cannot recall his name. He was great, Mr. Boland! And those are the kind of people that will keep you in business. And No Charge! If you have a problem with your garage door opener. Call Precision!
