Paul arrived as promised and did a complete inspection of not only the damaged cable but check the condition of the entire door system. He offered me repair estimates based on the inspection. I chose to get a complete rebuild of the system. He even invited me to watch the repair job being done. Door sounds better now than it has in years. Very happy with the work that was done and will call them again if I need service again.

A roller on my garage door popped out of the track. Frank came out to fix it. He was prompt, thorough and friendly. Explained why and what he did to fix the roller/track then made sure the door functioned the way it was suppose to. My garage door cable snapped on a Friday, and I called Precision Garage Door for service. I was pleased that they were able to come out the following day. John Franks was my service technician. He was very amiable and knowledgeable, and he explained what services I needed. I really just wanted to get the cables fixed at this visit and he did not give me a high pressure sell which is very big for me. I also needed new rollers too. The price was within my budget, and he was able to have the door fixed in under an hour. That was great. Thanks!

Paul was a total pro... Showed up on time, took the time to explain what was going on, and fixed our garage quickly! He gave me some maintenance tips, too. Garage works better now than when we moved in! Also wanted to say how pleased I am with the whole experience I had with Precision. Our garage was in such bad shape that it couldn't even be opened manually. I called on Sunday afternoon. They were able to schedule service for Monday morning, and Paul fixed it before lunch.

I had PD recondition our old garage doors several years ago and was very pleased with the service, so when one of the doors suddenly failed to open I called PD again. The schedulers were very pleasant, professional, and accommodating of my needs. I was pleased to learn that the same technician who had serviced the doors, Bill Adamini, would be coming out again to fix the stuck door. Bill is very professional, friendly, and does good work. He quickly unstuck the problem door, tested both doors to ensure that they were working properly, made some needed adjustments, and also found and corrected a condition that would have caused a problem later. The service is expensive but also top-rate. Their warranty is also excellent. I have confidence in the quality of PD’s work, so I will call them again if our garage doors need further service.

First, I would like to apologize,thinking that it was your Company, that installed my old garage door opener, four years ago. My old garage door opener was much older. The Tech.,Repairer, who came to help, with the problem, I was having with my door opener,was very prompt, courteous' and dressed appropriate, for work.Once he saw what was happening with my door. Honestly, I chose Precision because their sticker was on the garage door! They had provided services for the previous owner of my home. I was so pleased that, due to another customer's cancellation, they were able to provide service a day earlier than scheduled!! William was very professional. He explained what he would be doing, showed me the old parts and reviewed the invoice with me. Per my request, he also showed me how to open the door in the event of a power failure. Anthony was friendly and efficient. He called to ask if it was OK to arrive a bit early (Yes!) Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and carefully explained the remedial options. Since my garage door opener was 18 years old, I decided on a new one rather than a repair. Anthony had a new unit in the truck and installed it. He then explained how it worked. Overall a pleasant experience and the opener is working well.
