The service and the quality of the work is a 5/5. The spring broke in half and we actually bought the entire commercial mechanism. Upon arriving home from vacation, we realized our garage door wouldn't open. Both springs were broken. Our neighbor had Precision fix his garage door, so he gave us the number. Next day service was prompt and professional. Work done was completed in a timely manner. John Franks was our service guy and he explained everything thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with the results. William Coad was out on March 18th to fix our garage door. It had slipped out of the track due to door panels being frozen shut and it opening askew, several of the rollers had come off. He had the door reset in about 20 minutes. He was very polite and informative! Thank you for your prompt service!

2/27/18 I had work done before with Precision Door some years ago and when I seen service being offered on Groupon I jumped on it. They do excellent work. On time arrival and the technician, Paul arrived with a big smile. With the rating of 1-5 I will give a 5, but I sure wish I could give a 10 rating.

In my email confirmation, there were pictures of service technicians who would possible report. I believe that to be an exceptional customer service method. Although assigned another tech, Bill Adamini called the next morning at the beginning of the service scheduled time. He arrived much earlier than expected and was courtesy, thorough and polite. he was also knowledgeable about my issues and addressed them all. Bill was respectful of my time and very professional.
