Mitch was great. Very informative in explaining the problem, and various repair options. Repaired problem quickly. My only complaint is that I would have liked to have known the cost of the parts ahead of time when I scheduled the appointment.

Liked that there was not a surcharge for a weekend service call. All was good * Al, the tech, was no-nonsense guy,very good SERVICE, however, was very expensive.....

No one has control over when something breaks, we just need to be in position to respond to our customers promptly. Al is our most experienced technician and does a really good job. As for our price if you were to compare us to a company similar to us we would be comparable. Value is determined over time.

The service experience was very good. The person who answered the phone when I called was very pleasant. It was Sunday afternoon and my Garage Door would not go up. I couldn't get my car out. She made me feel much better when she told me a service technician would be able to come over that day between 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Prior to 6:00 PM I received an E-mail saying the service technician should be Jeremiah Byrd. It even showed his picture (very secure feeling) so we would know who to expect. Jeremiah (Service Technician) called twice giving us an estimate of when he would get to us after leaving his other customer. He was respectful, helpful and really seemed proud of the quality products Precision used when replacing parts. He completed everything within One and a half hours and then went on to his next customer. Excellent service on all ends. The Garage Door work great.

When our double garage door broke, I didn't know who to call to fix it since my husband was out of town. I did an internet search and after considering a few companies I chose Precision. I'm glad I did! The service technician, Jeremiah, was friendly, professional and thorough. He called me at work and explained everything that was needed to get the door working again. He fixed it the same day and now the door works beautifully without all the noise. Thank you, Precision, for a job well done.

Very fast availability, even for an after hours call. I needed service, called at 7am, and was able to get someone out the same day, after 6pm when I got home from work. Technician was professional, pleasant, and the repair was very fast.

We appreciated how quickly your company responded to our call. We called on a Saturday morning and got scheduled that same day for afternoon service. Even better, your tech was in our area when he got the notice, and he took the initiative to swing by that morning to take a look. He made a quick repair, which freed up the rest of our day. Although we were happy about the quick service, the real reason we're writing is because of how friendly and professional your tech was. We remember him from a year ago when he solved another garage door issue. Both times he demonstrated himself as proficient and good-humored. Our paperwork lists his name as Brad, and we wanted to pass along that he makes a good impession for your company.

Service was excellent it was just a phone call Al Fleming (Technician) was there the next day first thing in the morning took care of the problem and even did not charge for the house call, my family is very happy with their performance, Even Jim (owner) called and ask the problem it was very nice. We will give them 5 Stars. We are glad that we have their product and service.
