Paul was very professional and knowledgeable about our questions. He took the time to answer my questions. He also gave me suggestions for future replacements of our garage door and opener. My 30+ year old Genie door opener finally died, so Bill did a replacement in the unheated garage in this subzero weather. I was surprised that he had the supplies to replace not only the dead unit but the one on my 2nd door as well. Bill completed the replacements in a timely manner and without succumbing to hypothermia. He also hauled away the old parts and cleaned up all the debris. I haven't had the opportunity to give the new units a big workout, as I've been hiding inside keeping warm. But from what I've seen so far, the new units are super quiet and smooth. I'm quite satisfied with the work and the product. Bill was courteous and knowledgeable and very good at explaining what went wrong and what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision based on my experience with Bill. I hope that he did not get frostbite.

I had called just for the cable that snapped but due to further checking by the serviceman Bill there was more wrong than the cable that was damaged. Having discussed what it would cost to fix it was advisable to replace the door. Thanks for having men like Bill to help with my decision.

I heard an ad on AM radio. Looked up local number in the yellow pages. Had a broken spring on the door replaced. Elected to purchase the rebuild deal. Technician did a great job explaining the repairs. Completed the work quickly and efficiently.

First of all I was able to get next day appointment. On day of appointment I was called and asked if they could come earlier, Yea! Ryan was very polite, easy to understand and thorough. The spring replacement included adjustments to my door that I did not know I needed. I no longer hear the wind howling through the door. Being able to see pictures and names of the technicians on line was a nice touch. Great experience!

Service was excellent it was just a phone call Al Fleming (Technician) was there the next day first thing in the morning took care of the problem and even did not charge for the house call, my family is very happy with their performance, Even Jim (owner) called and ask the problem it was very nice.
