Paul, the technician, called to let me know he was on his way, which was great. He was very personable, knowledgeable, confident and efficient in getting the work done. He repaired lift mechanism and installed new opener. He also set the remote in my car and explained routine maintenance I can do on the door hinges. Great service!

The Precision Tech called to give me 15 minutes notice that he was on his way which was very helpful to me. He quickly analyzed and resolved the issue that I was having with the sensor and checked the other door components and springs to make sure everything was in good working order. He was very courteous and explained things well which was also helpful. I also appreciate the senior discount and would definitely call Precision again, if needed.

I have had Precision at my house on a number of times, They are always prompt and they get the job done quickly. My service man Al has worked on my door a number of time. He is very cordial and knows what needs to be done. One of the springs broke and it only cost me the service call because I previously had Precision do an overhaul about 5 or 6 years ago. A pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

The first thing I liked about your company was being able to speak to a live person rather than the "leave a message and someone will call you back" option 5 on a phone menu. Zoran did a complete inspection of my door and opener and made sure I understood what was OK, needed repair, or replacing. He was very personable, arrived in the scheduled time interval, called shortly prior to arrival time and quickly had my door operational. I called Precision to fix a garage door opener that worked but was extremely loud and I was concerned it would quit in this cold. They showed up on time, was quick to determine the issue and efficient in putting in a new opener. The price was higher than I had anticipated but considering the installation and the quality of the new opener I am very pleased. The technician was excellent, friendly, courteous and most important was efficient and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. I had a respectful and informative technician, Zoran Jovanovic. I certainly needed new springs; but after further assessment, I needed additional work (all the original parts were showing significant wear and potential problems). It was all explained very clearly with pros and cons. The excellent part was that I did not feel pressure to have the additional work completed. Because it was not needed to be done for imminent safety, he let me make the decision without pressure. I will recommend this company.

My 30+ year old Genie door opener finally died, so Bill did a replacement in the unheated garage in this subzero weather. I was surprised that he had the supplies to replace not only the dead unit but the one on my 2nd door as well. Bill completed the replacements in a timely manner and without succumbing to hypothermia. He also hauled away the old parts and cleaned up all the debris. I haven't had the opportunity to give the new units a big workout, as I've been hiding inside keeping warm. But from what I've seen so far, the new units are super quiet and smooth. I'm quite satisfied with the work and the product. Bill was courteous and knowledgeable and very good at explaining what went wrong and what needed to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision based on my experience with Bill. I hope that he did not get frostbite.
