Will the service tech was very professional, informative, and tell me what is required to have a safe operating door. Will was very professional in not be pushy over the 3 choices of repairs I had to choose from. He took the time to explain the difference of each and even helped to get me to write a post dated check for the next week. Will also pointed out to me what I would need for the other 2 garage doors. Please give Will a comendation for how he handled this service call.

With what could have been a very stressful situation, Matt fixed everything as smoothly as possible, getting me out of my garage. He was very open about the price of everything and made sure I understood what each piece in my garage door system was doing and what it was supposed to look like. He was very honest about what needed fixed and made things very clear and my garage door running smoothly within an hour. It was great service.

Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

Chris came out today and overhauled my springs, rollers, end caps, etc. The house was built in 1979, so it was time... He arrived on time, performed an overall assessment, explained details about the new hardware components, and generally made the experience fairly painless. I will add that my selection of Precision was in large part due to the 24 hour call center and website reviews. It was great dealing with such a responsive company, and especially with competent professionals such as Chris.

Precision had a booth at the home show at the convention center. They were friendly and helpful. I called to set up an appointment and that day had fast and courteous service on my garage door. Presicion had done service for us before, so, naturally I called when I saw a service provided through Amazon. I did not contact Amazon, but called Precision directly. I had not realized that I had a life time warranty so I was glad that I had called Precision instead of dealing with Amazon. Bill did an excellent job and ordered materials for further repair which I requested. Rating is five star.

Because they are a local company and I found them online. a live person answered my call immediately and incredibly were able to come fix my garage door that same afternoon! they sent me an email right away with photo's of the technicians so I would know who to expect. My tech, Al, was very polite, flexible, professional, knowledgeable and timely. He called to confirm when he would be over, and arrived when expected. He explained everything to me in understandable terms ... which I appreciated. This is 5 star service for sure. thank you !!

When arriving home yesterday, my garage door opened only part way and was ajar. I was looking on line for Genie to do repairs but then remembered recently receiving a new booklet from Angie's List and looked in there and found Precision. I decided to call Precision for the repairs and I cannot say enough good things about the technician, Bill Adamini, and the expert service he provided. He was very friendly and explained all the services he was providing. A broken spring on our garage door is a horrible way to start the holiday season but a phone call and having Paul show up from Precision made my life a little easier. Paul was very upbeat for a cold morning. He did a very quick assessment and made some recommendations and said he will be done in an hour. He was done in less than an hour and walked me through everything he fixed, checked and lubed. He also gave me some tips on how to take care of the new system. I have a double garage and if the other spring breaks I will definitely give Precision a call! Quick, easy and friendly!

We have learned from experience that garage doors break at the most inconvenient time. Our job is to be available to answer the homeowners call for repair. The weather is inconsequential, we just have to dress warm. Do not hesitate to call on Precision Door for any garage door needs.

There is nothing worse than feeling trapped in your own home. My garage door spring broke and I was unable to get my cars out. Thanks to your technician, Zoran, my problem was fixed in no time. Came across precision door on the web called them up on a Saturday was surprised to find they work the weekend. The next day Sunday Matt Petroff came out right on time explained in detail about my garage door parts operations had learned had a few very worn parts so had replaced and had a liftmaster opener installed garage door is like brand new with minimum cost. Matt did a great job with install and cleanup.

Precision certainly met and exceeded my expectations! My service technician Bill was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience. Bill quickly diagnosed the problem and after giving me several repair/replacement options, he replaced the worn gear in the overhead motor. After taking such good care of me Bill left to assist a neighbor of mine. A few days later my door needed adjustment - it was stopping a few inches above the floor. Bill was extremely speedy in returning and making the necessary adjustment. What service! I will not hesitate to contact Precision Door for future door issues. Thank you, so much.
