I had a new garage door installed in Feb. I am completely satisfied with the door and the whole installation process. When the weather got hot and humid the door made a loud screeching noise. I called Precision to see if they could pinpoint the problem. Paul arrived exactly at the time he was scheduled, listened to the noise, told me what it was, and fixed the problem ( a wheel rubbing against the track) within minutes. He wrote his report, said "no charge", wished me a good day, and went on his way. I can't say anything but wow! for that type of service. Thank you Precision Door!!!

Anthony was very professional and discussed my options to either repair or purchase a new door. I realize the door is very old and have had to make repairs in the past. He repaired the spring on my door at no charge which hopefully will keep working until the new door arrives. The amount of the repair was almost half of the new door and was the best practical option. He called ahead and asked if he could come earlier then my scheduled appointment which was great because I could not open the door and my car was stuck in the garage. Thanks

Excellent service! Torsion spring broke on my garage door and it was repaired the same day. The technician, Zoran Jovanovic, was fantastic. He gave me several repair options and pointed out severely frayed cables which I didn't notice. Fast quality service. I also appreciated he wore a mask when discussing repair options. Zee, my technician from Precision, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener. He provided options for repair or replacement. I chose to repair since the issues were minor. In about 30 min my opener was working! Zee was professional, knowledgeable and gave me options on next steps. When I do need a new garage door opener, I will be using Precision and Zee. I highly recommend them!

Garage door took a dump on Friday afternoon before the holiday weekend. I called a couple of the "well known" garage door companies but they were gone for the holiday. Figured I wouldn't have this resolved until after the holiday. Wrong! I took a chance and called Precision. They answered their phone and I had a next day appointment. Zoran came out and fixed the problem. Zoran was knowledgeable, honest and courteous. He explained the problems and let me decide what I wanted done. No pressure no sales pitch just results. I highly recommend Precision.

Called on Monday morning around 8AM and the service man called at 9AM and was at our house by 9:30AM. GREAT service - replaced the broken springs, cleaned up and was out the door in an hour. Sorry, don't remember his name, but he was super friendly explained everything he was going to do, along with the charges that would be incurred to get our approval before starting. Highly recommend this company!!

Zoran Jovanovic had to order a bottom seal for my Wayne Dalton Garage door, he will order it for me and return to fix the bottom seal. I've had Zee here before and he is an excellent technician. My garage door will be repaired when he receives the part.

I had bought a Groupon deal for new rollers, garage door inspection, and a keyless remote pad to be installed. The whole process was amazing I had called precision after getting my voucher and the friendly receptionist got me scheduled earlier than I was expecting. I immediately got a email confirmation with my technicians name and biography. When Anthony arrived he looked at my door and asked what my concerns were if any. He explained to me why my belt on my opener was sagging after closing the door. He explained to me that my door was out of balance and my springs were showing signs of fatigue. He thoroughly explained what could be done and a few options to get the door back to optimal operation. I decided on a door rebuild and got a small discount since I had already paid for some of the labor costs. Anthony was very polite and professional, he never tried to push any of the services he explained. He got the job done in bout an hour and the door works better then ever. Will be using precision in the future when I need more maintenance done.

Zoran did a great job preparing my broken spring and also identified problems with my rollers and one frayed cable. He explained everything he needed to do to get my door working again. He also thoroughly answered all of my questions about the general condition of my garage door and info about potential replacement down the line. He also gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. Zoran went above and beyond the scope of the service call and really made a great impression on me as a new customer of Precision Door. 5 stars!
