Zoran did a great job preparing my broken spring and also identified problems with my rollers and one frayed cable. He explained everything he needed to do to get my door working again. He also thoroughly answered all of my questions about the general condition of my garage door and info about potential replacement down the line. He also gave me some tips on preventative maintenance. Zoran went above and beyond the scope of the service call and really made a great impression on me as a new customer of Precision Door. 5 stars!

Paul came out to repair my garage door opener. Hos technical knowledge was impressive on its own. But his customer service was fantastic. He conducted an inspection of my opener and determined what was wrong, but went further by offering me options on how to correct the issues. Everything from a simple repair of the current equipment to a full replacement of the entire door and mechanism. Truly a professional from a top notch company. I will certainly be recommending you to friends and family

I called about a broken spring this morning & Zoran arrived right on time at 2 pm this afternoon. He inspected the door and components. Advised me as to why the spring may have broken. He also identified a few things that another company did which needed repair. We went over pricing and he completed the work. I would highly recommend Zoran. He was courtious and knowledgeable. Most importantly, he cared about doing a good job.

Will was very professional in not be pushy over the 3 choices of repairs I had to choose from. With what could have been a very stressful situation, Matt fixed everything as smoothly as possible, getting me out of my garage. He was very open about the price of everything and made sure I understood what each piece in my garage door system was doing and what it was supposed to look like. Your technician, Paul Broschk, arrived on time and ready to evaluate my garage. He was courteous and well spoken and went straight to the task at hand. He clearly explained my options and answered all my questions. He was confident in the product and assured me the job would be done in about 2 hours, which it was. I had already had another company evaluate the situation, but the best he could offer was that he might be able to install an opener, but due to the age and flat roof of my garage, it would take lots of tweaking to get it to work. I declined. I am so glad I did. Since Precision is recommended on Angie's list, I assumed they were reputable and they are. Thank you for a job well done by a great technician.

I had bought a Groupon deal for new rollers, garage door inspection, and a keyless remote pad to be installed. The whole process was amazing I had called precision after getting my voucher and the friendly receptionist got me scheduled earlier than I was expecting. I immediately got a email confirmation with my technicians name and biography. When Anthony arrived he looked at my door and asked what my concerns were if any. He explained to me why my belt on my opener was sagging after closing the door. He explained to me that my door was out of balance and my springs were showing signs of fatigue. He thoroughly explained what could be done and a few options to get the door back to optimal operation. I decided on a door rebuild and got a small discount since I had already paid for some of the labor costs. Anthony was very polite and professional, he never tried to push any of the services he explained. He got the job done in bout an hour and the door works better then ever. Will be using precision in the future when I need more maintenance done.
