I called yesterday regarding an intermittent problem with my garage door opener and today have the quietest and smoothest garage door operation in our development. Bill Adamini was very professional in his explanation of what my problem was, and also what could be done o solve it. There was no pressure on his part and I felt very comfortable in making my decisions of what I wanted done. He then proceeded in a manner that made me I was getting a very good, professional in all aspects. All the little details were attended to, the clean up was great, and I would recommend him and Precision Door Service to all my friends.

I chose Precision from the Yellow Pages because my original company did not have a person answer the phone. Friday evening the spring snapped along with the cable. The following day the technician arrived and descibed the problem in detail and I was very satisfied.

Where do I start, your web page provided me with all I needed to know about the different garage door motors, how the whole garage system works. When Paul Broschk arrived at my home I already had a photo of him thanks again to your e-mail sent to me prior to his arrival. Let me just say I hate spending money for repairs. I thought I was going to spend about $200.00 for a Spring replacement, but ended up spending more. Because of Paul taking his time to go over every part of my garage safety inspection and pointing out what was needed. I was given three options and went with the best option. My family safety is very important to me. Paul was not just about the job, but he was very caring and knew his job. He cleaned up after himself and went over everything he replaced and its function. He is very easy to talk to and was more than helpful. I will call on and refer friends and family to Precision Door and I will have them ask for Paul, that's how good and friendly he was. I plan to do business with you all in the future when I need a motor replaced. Thanks again, there is nothing like a working garage door and to know I have 24/7 service. Why would you go anywhere else.

Paul came to check out my broken spring and noted that my door was damaged as well, and advised that I replace the door rather than just the spring. As this was really my only place to keep a car, Paul also went out of his way to make sure he could get the door installed the next day! Paul did a great job in my tiny little garage, making sure the door hung level and was attached to studs, unlike my old door. Thank you for taking care of me!

We called Precision to fix our garage door that would not open. The technician was super especially since the door decided to open just when the tech was approaching the closed door. He checked everything, told us it could possibly be a circuit breaking going bad.... I would call on Precision for sure next time we are in need or when we decide to install a new door. Matt called to come early. He explained my options clearly and professionally. He did a complete rebuild and installed a new opener. He worked efficiently and quickly and cleaned up. Good representative for the company. My door screwed up at 8:30 am on a Saturday and by 2:30 the same day the job was done.

Precision was able to come on the day I requested service. Our old garage door opener was about 12 to 15 years old and the circuit board went. Matt explained everything to us and we went with a LiftMaster garage door opener.

Matt was very professional at his job he helped me when i told him I was interested in purchasing an opener.He told me of the difference between chain and belt drive.I purchased on angie's list the door tuneup.Matt did both jobs for me in about 2hrs.He cleaned up after he was done [no little screws on floor].Precision was very quick in responding,I called on Monday they were out on Tuesday.Thank you for a job well done.

Spring broke could not get car out of garage. Called Precision and they were able to send Paul out within 2 hours. POaul helped me get door open long enough to get car out so could function again. Door very old and instead or repair, Joe helped me choose a new door that will be installed 4 days. This is excellant service. I expect the install to be done ontime without incident.

Bill did a fantastic job. His product knowledge is thorough. He really really knows what he's doing. He was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. It's very nice to talk to someone who not only says he loves what he does for a living but also does a job that backs the sentiment up.
