I've rarely ever seen such exceptional service from a company. Both the gentleman who made the original service call and Ryan, the specialist who came out to do the work, were incredibly dedicated, professional, honest, and and passionate about their work. They genuinely seemed excited for me and were proud of the company they worked for. When it came time for the work to be done, I watched Ryan obsess over minor details long after the new garage door was in and working properly, before informing me that the work was complete. The new garage door works like a dream and looks amazing, and I'm very impressed by the affordable lifetime warranty they offer, where they replace all parts for life, free of charge, including springs. I just happen to see Paul across the street working on my neighbors doors. I asked Paul if he had time to come over and look at the two doors I had. Paul said of course and he'd be happy to look things over. After his evaluation, he said he would be back that afternoon to address the few things he observed. The first time, the spring broke on the door and we couldn't open it; he suggested that we replace all the working parts on the door, which we did. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon and I thought for sure that I would have to wait until Monday to have it repaired. I immediately looked in the Yellow Pages to locate a repair company that I felt I could trust to do a good job. I was surprised to see that Precision did not charge extra for weekend repairs and they even offered a discount on the service call. I contacted them and they were able to schedule service for me the next day (Sunday). Once the appointment was booked they emailed me a confirmation with the name and a picture of the serviceman that would be doing the repair. I happy that they would give me the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming to my home the next day. I was very impressed with the service that Bill Adamini gave me. He diagnosed my problem within minutes showing me not only that my spring needed to be replaced, but he also pointed out concerns he had for future problems I will encounter. He reviewed my options and answered all my questions before I decided on the items that I decided to have him replace. He serviced and replaced everything that I needed. He cleaned up and explained the lifetime guarantee that is offered by Precision on their parts and service. I am happy to recommend Precision to anyone that needs work done right the first time on their garage door repair needs. Selected Precision from Angie's List. New steel door installed in one day. Very lightweight and easy to lift. I have a very old garage that is slightly leaning. Precision came out again a few days later when I called to make adjustments. I found them very responsive and easy to deal with.

Tech did not leave an invoice, parts are much too expensive springs by 3 times, and the need for an additional part required [center bearing by 5 times] was not discussed in during appointment conversation. Tech Service rate fair and work satisfactory. I would not recommond them.
