Best service ever! I called in for service around 12pm They told a tech would be out between 4-6 the same day about a hour and half later a tech called and advise he was on his way. He came advise the issue came back today with the piece to fix my garage motor. He was done in less then five minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable. Be explain to Me what caused the issue. He even pulled my trash can in the yard. Very nice professional guy Bill was the best! I can honestly say this was the best easy experience I have ever had.

Garage door opened by itself. Technician diagnosed that LED lights were the cause by interference, so replacing bulbs with old incandescent bulbs was a recommended. We will see how that works.

Mr. Boland I am so sorry that it has taken me so long to write my review, first of all let me tell you how impressed I was with our technician Paul Broschk he was very polite and extremely nice he explained everything we needed to know on both options his work was meticulous and he was very informative on the upkeep of our garage door I would highly recommend your company to anyone who needs your service.

Great service from a solid contractor for a great value. My door spring broke about 9:30 on a Sunday morning. My 11 the technician was here, happy and explained what needed to be done. He also noticed that the cable was frayed and he replaced all of it. The cost was reasonable but the service was excellent. I would use Precision again and recommend them to others.

We calledthe company late Friday evening and as advertised a real person answered our call and to our surprise scheduled service for Saturday. The technician Paul arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem,quoted a price and fixed the garage door in approximately 1 hour. Paul was knowledgeable and precise in his work. He was plesant and thorough. I have already recommended your company to my friends and neighbors. A+++ all around.

Precision Garage door did some work for me back in 2011(cables and pullys for my small attached garage door), in 2021 to install a new garage door lift on the main door and again today, April 15th to replace the spring on my main door. As you can see, I keep coming back--why? Because their products are great, but the customer service is outstanding! Thanks to all at Precision for the great service!!!

*Had to rate at least a star otherwise review would not go through* One of our garage doors broke and the gentleman that came out almost immediately told me the door could not be repaired. He gave me a quote for a new door. I called another company to come out to provide a quote and he told me “we can fix that”. So we saved around $1,600 and just got our original door repaired. I am so thankful I called another company and did not proceed with a new door.

I got an appoint right away (could have had next morning - opted to take one the following morning after next morning). They came on time, diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed it and left. I detected early on a Saturday morning my garage door was having issues. I noticed one of the cables was tangled. Precision scheduled a technician for the next day. Zoran arrived an hour early. He quickly did some analysis to determine if anything was broken. Thankfully the cables were fine and the garage door was just off track (no damages). My garage is 100 years old, the door was converted from two smaller doors to one large one. He explained how the door get can out of alignment due to many factors (door not square, uneven ground, winter weather, etc). I appreciated not only the knowledge share but being very thorough repairing the door. Within an hour, my door functional. Thank you Zoran for sharing your knowledge and repairing my door in such a professional manner.

Most of the time, I take my garage door opener for granted. BIG MISTAKE when it doesn't work!! Precision Overhead Garage Door-Cleveland to the rescue!! Of course it was 5 PM on a Friday when I needed help! No problem! Dakota of the toll-free customer service line was incredibly helpful and polite and the appointment was quickly scheduled ON A SUNDAY! No extra weekend surcharge! I couldn't have asked for any better attention than was given by Bill, the technician. Totally communicative, personable and professional. I am grateful that I chose to have called Precision to initially install the opener years ago and to repair it when it needed it! No competition, hands down!

Excellent Service...July 2017 repaired 2 broken springs, very satisfied with technician Anthony Wise...so I called them again June 6th when my garage door would not open, scheduled me for June 8th, technician Paul Broschk came out (real nice guy) and within an hour problem solved, I needed new complete system because motor took a dump and it was quite old. Quick Response, Local, BBB Rating, Customer Reviews all a plus for this company...call Precision when you have a problem.
