We were very pleased with the service provided by our technician, Brian. He arrived promply at 8, much earlier than expected, which was great because my whole day wasn't tied up! Brian quickly assessed the problem, explain the whys and ways to repair the problem. He was even patient enough to explain it again to my husband over the phone. The work was done quickly, and Brian even took the time to inspect the second garage door for us. We would recommend your company in the future.

Review:

This was a follow up service call. I chose not to repair the rollers on the first call, but when they eventually went bad, Brad offered to make the repair at a reduced cost. The materials are obviously higher quality than the original door parts. Overall, very satisfied.
