Bill called me immediately after I arranged the appointment and worked out a time that was convenient for me. He came on time, he assessed the problem quickly, explained it clearly and gave us our options, speaking with me and with my husband on the phone. He then proceeded to do the work. He cleaned up. Ryan Freeman called ahead of time to tell us he was on his way. He worked diligently all afternoon removing the old doors and installing the new ones. He showed us the lock we could use if our garage door openers didn't work. Ryan was very courteous and cleaned up nicely when he finished. We were very pleased and wrote a review for Angie's List. After Ryan left, we remembered we had a gift certificate for $100 off the purchase of two garage doors. We got it a few weeks ago in a Valpak mailing. If there is any way to still use it, please let me know.

Our technician, Bill Adamini, was superb. He installed temporary springs to replace our broken ones so that we could use our garage while waiting for our new doors. Installation was fast and clean. And our new doors look great!

Jason called ahead and showed up on time around 8 pm to fix our garage door opener; he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the garage door opener and also performed lubrication and door maintenance within about an hour; he was curteous and professional; I really appreciated the prompt service

I had an ancient Genie opener on its last legs and a track that was off kilter enough that the door opener couldn't fully lift or lower my solid wood garage door. A different vendor had tried to adjust the track but only made the problem worse. Precision installed a new opener, tweaked the track position and cleaned up the workspace. I am happy to have a working door again and was pleased with Precision's service.

Fast service, came when they said, delivered on time and flawless install on a cold, snowy day. Appreciated the emergency service since I couldn't raise the door to get my car out of the garage. The new door is a better quality than the one that was there and looks great. I prefer efficiency and ease of getting the job done. I called Precision after talking with a competitor. While I am confident the competitor would have done fine work, I had to spend too much time discussing the schedules and challenges with the individual who answered the phone. While I appreciate all those challenges were there in getting someone to me quickly, I didn't need to hear every thought the individual had in thinking through how to dispatch service to me. Tedious, frustrating and I just decided to call someone else. Back to the internet. When I called Precision I spoke to someone who focused quickly on what I needed and got it scheduled without a running commentary on what she had to do. Easy. Then, everything after came precisely as scheduled.
