Your technition was excellent. My problem was the motor which you did not put in. Paul did what he could and got my door working. THEN I printed out my invoice - YIKES - 8 pages. All I wanted was a reciept.

After I knocked my garage door off its track I thought I would be in for an expensive repair and have to take time off work to be home for it. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I called and the company said they could have someone to my home within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and there was no additional charge for weekends. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Paul telling me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that, fixed my problem and had the door working, less than 2 hours after I initially called. That is what I call service and I highly recommend this company.

Knowledgable, prompt, hard working and friendly! Our technician, Bill, was excellent all around! Our garage door was broken. Bill fixed our door with a temporary clamp so I could "get by" for 2 weeks until the new door arrived. He did this without my order and did it to be nice and helpful. Truly appreciate good workers and good products. Precision Door and Bill are 5 stars.

Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Tom Paulus called in advance as requested and showed up on time. He was very professional and explained we needed an overhaul when all we expected was a spring repair. Tom explained Precision warranty and heavy duty components. Unfortunately our finances prohibit us from doing more that trying to replace these old springs.
Our goal at Precision is to offer our customers a long term solution. Since Tom was very thorough explaining how a door works and how to make it work better, don't wait until something goes wrong. Allow to come and do the rest of the repairs so you will have some peace of mind.

The technician that was assigned to me was very helpful, courtious and above all professional. My garage door would not open. There was no other access to get into the garage, my service Technician, Jeremiah, was able to take off rubber molding on the side by the fascia and onlocked the levers. He replaced the lock for me and did a great job!
