Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.

We're repeat customers & based on our experience with Precision over the last several years, which has ALWAYS been EMERGENCY service, we wouldn't call anyone else. Last night at 6 PM,I discovered that the garage door would not operate, leaving the car trapped. Since I have to be at work at 7 AM, I called Precision immediately. The technician, Anthony Wise, called back promptly to confirm he would be coming out, and actually arrived earlier than he estimated. Anthony was professional and friendly, making sure I could see for myself what the problems were, and giving good informational answers to my questions. I decided on a garage door "rebuild" and 2 hours later everything was shipshape. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness in taking his boots off for the short trek from front door through the house to the garage.

My experience was great start to finish. Really impressed with the e-mail confirmation with the name and picture of the tech coming to my house. Paul was on time and did a great job of fixing our garage door...even in the bitter cold temperature we had today. We called for service in the morning, and by 4:30 our technician, Prince, was here. He called to let us know when he would arrive, and did arrive on time. Though our garage opener system is quite old, he was able to install a keypad to operate the door from the outside. He programmed the keypad to respond to our old system perfectly. We had used Precision at our former home in Bay Village, on numerous occasions, some emergency on weekends. We can't imagine calling any other company. All the technicians have been superb, and the most recent, Prince, continued the excellent service. Thank you so much for your customer service. To elaborate, Prince was a great listener, and with his significant height was able to change the lightbulb in the mechanism, and was patient when I forgot the code I had entered. We were very gratified that we got same day service, though hadn't expected it.

I could not be happier with both the service and the results of the work done by Zoran at Precision Door Service. Zoran first worked to solve a tricky problem with my garage door, and then stayed for several hours to do a complete overhaul of my 50+ year old wooden garage door. Your technition was excellent. My problem was the motor which you did not put in. Paul did what he could and got my door working. THEN I printed out my invoice - YIKES - 8 pages. All I wanted was a reciept.

After I knocked my garage door off its track I thought I would be in for an expensive repair and have to take time off work to be home for it. I was more than pleasantly surprised when I called and the company said they could have someone to my home within the hour, on a Sunday no less, and there was no additional charge for weekends. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Paul telling me he was on his way. He arrived shortly after that, fixed my problem and had the door working, less than 2 hours after I initially called. That is what I call service and I highly recommend this company.

Knowledgable, prompt, hard working and friendly! Our technician, Bill, was excellent all around! Our garage door was broken. Bill fixed our door with a temporary clamp so I could "get by" for 2 weeks until the new door arrived. He did this without my order and did it to be nice and helpful. Very quick response time after I called. Both Bill and Duane made the repair fast and easy. They offered an upgraded package at a special rate but were not pushy when I declined. Both acted professionally and I was very happy to have my garage door working within about an hour or two. They even made sure all of the hinges and wheels were moving smoothly. Thank you :)

Tom Paulus called in advance as requested and showed up on time. He was very professional and explained we needed an overhaul when all we expected was a spring repair. Tom explained Precision warranty and heavy duty components. Unfortunately our finances prohibit us from doing more that trying to replace these old springs.

I had a minor garage door repair to be done, and what I needed was a technician to make a few minor adjustments. The technician that was assigned to me was very helpful, courtious and above all professional. His expertise and efficiency had him in and out in about 30 minutes, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I will continue to reccomend "Precision" to anyone with garage door needs.

My garage door would not open. There was no other access to get into the garage, my service Technician, Jeremiah, was able to take off rubber molding on the side by the fascia and onlocked the levers. He replaced the lock for me and did a great job!

Al was awesome! He gave a few options on how to repair our garage. He wasn't pushy or trying to oversell the more expensive option. Would definitely recommend Al and precision garage door to anyone. Very precessional and polite too
