Our garage spring failed on a Sunday. We called Precision and they were able to send out a technician that same day. The technician, Bill Adamini, called and told he would be on his way shortly. He gave us options on the repair. He was knowledgeable and rebuilt the entire system to include pulleys, bearings, cables, rollers and springs on our door in about an hour. Our door has never sounded as quiet. Very well please with the service provided by Precision and Bill Adamini. 5 Stars.

We originally called for service because of a problem with our Genie opener not operating properly with a remote. Your service rep investigated and pointed out some installation errors which were causing the problem and suggested a new opener which, when instelled properly , would solve the problem and give us a smoother and quieter operator. In addition he pointed out a 10 year warranty on the new unit. We followed his recommendation and are pleased with the results. In addition, he inspected our second door(without an operator) and made some repairs that were required to enhance its operation. Altogether we were impressed by his service and professionalism.

Our spring broke and we couldn't even leave the house! Bill came over the same day we called - about 3 hours after we called, in fact - and fixed it in less than an hour. He was really nice and his workmanship looks good. He even gave us three different options for pricing and warranty so we could choose the one that fit our budget. Nice guy! Great company!

Garage door wouldn't open on Wednesday late afternoon. Called Precision around 8 am Thursday, and by 12:15 Thursday Ryan was here to diagnose, and replace, the "engine." Since I have lived in Bay Village (2006) I have only used Precision, and I am very pleased with their service and skills. Also, when my boss had a problem with a garage door opening, and couldn't get their usual company to respond, it was Precision who arrived same day and fixed the problem. Plus all the technicians who have ever responded, have been excellent.

We're repeat customers & based on our experience with Precision over the last several years, which has ALWAYS been EMERGENCY service, we wouldn't call anyone else. Last night at 6 PM,I discovered that the garage door would not operate, leaving the car trapped. Since I have to be at work at 7 AM, I called Precision immediately. The technician, Anthony Wise, called back promptly to confirm he would be coming out, and actually arrived earlier than he estimated. Anthony was professional and friendly, making sure I could see for myself what the problems were, and giving good informational answers to my questions. I decided on a garage door "rebuild" and 2 hours later everything was shipshape. I also appreciated his thoughtfulness in taking his boots off for the short trek from front door through the house to the garage.

We called for service in the morning, and by 4:30 our technician, Prince, was here. He called to let us know when he would arrive, and did arrive on time. Though our garage opener system is quite old, he was able to install a keypad to operate the door from the outside. He programmed the keypad to respond to our old system perfectly. We had used Precision at our former home in Bay Village, on numerous occasions, some emergency on weekends. We can't imagine calling any other company. All the technicians have been superb, and the most recent, Prince, continued the excellent service. Thank you so much for your customer service. To elaborate, Prince was a great listener, and with his significant height was able to change the lightbulb in the mechanism, and was patient when I forgot the code I had entered. We were very gratified that we got same day service, though hadn't expected it.
