Outstanding service. I placed a service call at 8:30 AM and a service technician was at my home at 9:30 AM and was able to resolve the problem within 15 minutes. Note that this was a warranty service call for service performed on the door in 2008. It was a no hassle experience. The technician was courteous and professional and quickly identified the problem and replaced the cables at no cost for parts or labor. The lifetime warranty is terrific. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone requiring garage door service.

You upgraded my garage door system 6 years ago. The chain drive on the garage door opener broke today. I took the invoice from 6 years ago and called your office looking for help. I really didn't know what to do and thought that nothing could happen until next week. The young lady that answered the phone was wonderful and you tech was here in two hours. He described the two options that were available to me and the pricing. He is an amazing young man and you couldn't have a better representative for your company. It is unusual in this day and age to find a young man that really enjoys what he is doing. That says a lot about your company. What started out as the day from hell ended up a great experience. 4th February, 2016. I contacted Precision, because of your positive web site feed back, you are a local company and I was hoping to find a quick door replacement. The same day, and Promptly at 11 a.m. Zoran arrived to assess the job and at 2.30 p.m. Ryan arrived to fit a new garage door and mechanism. By 5.30 I had a lovely new and quiet door. I had called your office at 9 a.m. I spoke with Heather and Jenifer, then later met with Zoran and Ryan and found dealing with all four to be a delightful experience. Probably the best customer service ever and totally professional. Thank you for brilliant service and having the nicest staff to deal with.

My wife and I are pleased with the door and opener. The installer drilled 8 unwanted holes into the ceiling before finding ones that would work. That was something that we didn't expect to happen with professional installers.

When we get hit with these sub-zero temperatures our garage door opener would start acting up. Precision's service tech, William Coad, came to our home and with a few adjustments was able to eliminate the problem. We have had several sub-zero days since and have had no additional problem. Called Precision on Monday morning to have them come repair my garage door that would not close properly. Within a matter of hours Bill Adamini was at hy home and fixed my door within an hour or so. He was pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable. I would highly suggest Precision to anyone!

The garage door stopped functioning on Saturday afternoon. We were amazed that we could receive service on Sunday afternoon. The technician arrived earlier than scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fully disclosed the repair and cost before beginning the work and completing the service. I especially liked the appointment confirmation that told us who the technician would be and provided a photo so we would recognize him when he arrived. I have used Precision Door in the past and will remain a loyal customer.

Everyone at PDS from the receptionist to the technicians were wonderful! While I originally called in regards to a repair for my opener but I ultimately decided to replace the opener and door . Both Al Fleming and Ryan Freeman where very professional and technically proficient. They took their time to listen to me and answer all my questions. Great Job!

I called with a bit of uncertainty about what opener package to get. Mine was 22 years old, and there have been many innovations and options in the market today. Heather, the sales representative advised me that the technician would have several choices with him, and I could make a decision at the time of the installation. That technician was Will Coad; a kind gentleman installer. He told me a bit about himself. He has a love for antique things and music. He also told me that he is a perfectionist. I liked him instantly. He was hard-working, precise, and neat. He went above and beyond to inspect, inform, and perform his service. In the end, I got a great product that works like a dream. I also felt that I had a friend install my new Liftmaster; not just a tech.
