Customer friendly company from the receptionist who took my call and scheduled the appointment to the technicians who completed the repairs. Job well done,quick response, but too expensive. I figure $300. max. ($100. service call,$100./hr for repair,took less than an hour,$100. for springs. That seemed fair.

With a broken spring, it was great to get a same day repair. Being able to call in at 7:30am, before most services are even open, was also convenient. The website provides a lot of helpful information. Anthony was right on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgable, neat, and finished in 90 minutes. A la carte part replacement added up quickly, so we went with the rebuild. Although my garage door was the last thing I wanted to spend money on, I feel like the higher quality parts have added value to our home.
