Mitch won my confidence when he first came to check on a possible repair/new install. His focus on solving the customer problem and listening to my needs/requirements helped me decide that the overall quality and customer care during installation outweighed price alone. I expect years of maintenance free operation (read as low total cost of ownership) from my two new garage doors and belt driven openers based on the care and diligence witnessed during the install. I called for service on our opener as the wall unit wouldn't operate the door. The receptionist was friendly and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. She made sure to verify all of the details and even send me a confirmation email. The technician arived ontime and quickly fixed the door at no charge.

Definition of insanity? Doing the same thing again and again and expecting different results. Brad Buzzelli put an end to that and, after 10 years, we're confident we've put an end to our spring problem. Brad was great at explaining what needed to be done and showing me the work when finished. Very confident about the results!

Jim Boland installed 3 new garage door openers at my home approxomatly 6 mos.ago. I had an unrelated minor problem today with one of the doors.
