Dealing with the company was a very positive experience. I called the company in the morning and they were very helpful and told me they would have someone here to my house between noon and two. My garage door was open and I couldn't close it and so is imperative that I get someone out to see it as soon as possible. The person that answered the call was very helpful. I had an issue with my garage door not opening. It was Palm Sunday and I thought I’d have to wait until Monday. I booked online for later in the day as they do work on Sundays. Paul Broschk was able to come out earlier. Called to request permission. Very respectful, provided education on how the door worked and reason for adjustments. Pointed out why the door sticks and what is needed to correct the problem. He responded to all questions and was able to fix the existing lock. My door is working much better. Upon request provided a quote if I decide to change out my doors to enable placement of a door opener. I would highly recommend Paul.
