We are very happy with the service we received from Precision. My garage door would not open I called Precision on Friday night they set me up an appointment for early Saturday morning. Our technician name was Greg he called to let us know he was on his way, he was on time, he explained everything. I ended up having to get a garage door opener. Greg installed the opener in no time at all. I would recommend Precision to anybody who has any problems with their garage door.

I was very pleased with the work done. Of course the problem occurred on a weekend and I needed service immediately. The lady that took my call was very nice and professional. The same goes for the technician that came to my rescue. I appreciated him giving me options on how I could handle the repair and what any future issue may be.

Wow! The technician, Anthony, showed up 5 minutes early and finished the job in less time than quoted. He diagnosed the problem quickly and installed new equipment without using high-pressure sales tactics before completing the repair. After two weeks, the new equipment is working as expected and the new opener is much more quiet than the previous unit. Thanks, Anthony, for your impressive work ethic and focus on overall customer satisfaction.

John Franks - WOW!! - The cable on one of my garage doors broke and I needed to have it repaired. I called a couple of companies and neither of them did residential work on Saturdays. I kept looking and found Precision! Not only did they do residential work on Saturdays, they were able to send someone out the very next day!! I was thoroughly satisfied with that and when John arrived, he just added to my overall experience. John was great! He knew exactly what he was doing and explained things to me about the repair. I felt that John was extremely knowledgeable in his work and I was impressed! So Thank You John and Precision! I'm so happy my door is fixed! I need to have some more work done to my door so I will definitely call you again and request John.

I chose Precision because of the ratings and the information on the website. I made the right decision! John and Greg (in training) arrived on time and repaired my door. They provided a thorough review of all the parts and made recommendations. I ended up replacing additional worn parts and have the lifetime warranty. With that, peace of mind. Thank you for your expert work.

Yesterday was the first cold day of the season - and that's when the garage door broke! The chain fell off, and my husband couldn't figure out what to do. I saw on Angie's List that Precision Door had great reviews, so I called. Their amazing employee Will arrived within a few hours, explained and solved the problem! I highly recommend using this company!

This is a fabulous organization with exceptional service. Anthony, the technician who came to my rescue, is awesome. Kind, quick, funny and totally professional. He did the original installation earlier this year, and when I had a minor problem recently, he was there in under an hour and resolved it immediately. The telephone receptionist who scheduled the repair visit was warm, professional and super-efficient. You should use these guys.

Friendly and knowledge technician. The primary reason for call was my remote garage opener wouldn’t work due to battery issues, unfortunately the technician didn’t have batteries on his truck to get it working. So my reason for scheduling appointment was not addressed. It would be great if your technicians had supplies on their truck to provide the needed service. Thanks, Clay

John Franks - my service technician was outstanding. Fixed my broken spring and replaced cables efficiently and with thorough explanations. Showed me how much stronger the new cables are as opposed to my old ones. The door works beautifully and I am so grateful for good work. (with a great attitude) Would recommend this company to anyone. So professional!
