I just had a Liftmaster Garage door opener installed. My installer/technician was Anthony Wise who was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable with this product. He was beyond awesome. Ask for him personally for your install and I will guarantee you that you will not be disappointed in the least. He took his time explaining this new system to me and it could not have been more appreciated. I know have an extremely quiet garage door opener that I have not had in more than 30+ years. I am so grateful to Precision Door and I might add that you have a most remarkable employee with Anthony Wise. Give that man a raise as he so deserves it. Thank you Anthony and Precision Door!!

Very pleased with the quick appointment time. Techs are very knowledgeable and courteous. This is the third time (3 different houses) that I have used them. I would highly recommend them for any garage door issues. They point out any worn down or ready to break parts, but do not pressure you to have them fixed on the spot. Very thorough job. The only company I will every use for garage door problems.

I contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door after striking out with a competitor. My garage door was installed by an amateur, so it was recommended that the spring assembly, cable drums, and rollers be replaced. I was able to make an appointment very quickly for a weekend, which was nice. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the technician ("Z") answered all of my questions and then some. I actually learned a lot from him! The experience was wonderful overall. The price was a bit high, but I was okay with it as you get what you pay for.

My sister referred me to Precision. I thought I only needed a simple repair, however, John (my technician) pointed out all of defects with my garage door and even I had to agree I needed a new door. Being on a fix income I can appreciate the fact I only had to come up with half down and the other half was due upon completion of the job which gave me time to come up with the other half. On the day John was to arrive to replace my door I was surprise he was doing the job by himself. I can rave about John all day long as he did an excellent job. John is very friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I can also appreciate the five year warranty that came with my new garage door. All in all I had a wonderful experience and would rate Precision with an A+. Thank you Precision and John..with all of my heart...I thank you.

On another note, kinda upset that when they sent this survey form it contained a $100 coupon that I could have used if I had received it at the appointment confirmation. It was only good at the time of service...

Precision Door was extremely convenient, timely and reasonably priced. I called them for a quote at 9pm on a Friday night and they were out Saturday morning to install the garage door. The technician Anthony Wise called me to make sure he could arrive early for the appointment and was fast and courteous when installing the door. Anthony took his time to show me all the functions of the door and common resolutions and trouble shoots that could save a future call. I highly recommend this company for installing your garage door!

After searching the internet for local garage door repair, I selected Precision because of the vast amount of positive reviews. The consultant that took my call was professional, pleasant and thorough. John Franks came on time and quickly saw the problem and communicated effectively about my options. I chose to have all the moving parts replaced which includes a lifetime warranty. My door is old and it seemed like my best option. John did the work quickly and perfectly. The door is smoother and quieter than ever. I highly recommend John Franks and Precision Garage Door Company.
