A major issue for me in purchasing the garage door as that it would open high enough so that I could open my hatchback with the garage door open. Brad, operating mgr, was sent pictures from the garage door opener installer and Will the door salesman. Both times he said it could. The door was installed and the hatch would not open all the way. I paid for the work, unfortunately. I contacted Brad who sent a tech to look at the problem. The tech said that I should have had the garage door opener put in differently for this to happen. He could give me no cogent reason for why the door fittings could not be raised higher and he told me the door was rubbing. 2 emails and countless phone calls to Brad have not gotten a response to this issue. The tech condescendingly told me I should back in. Quite insulting.

I called Wednesday evening and had service Thursday early afternoon. It was helpful to get a reminder email with pictures of the technicians and a call when the technician was on the way. He called when he was on his way which is always appreciated and the job took just about the 2 hours that had been estimated. When I called Precision at 2:30pm, I got my appointment at 3Pm on the same day. Anthony Wise came over and replaced my garage door opener. The service is professional and he also helped me setting up the keypad entry, the garage opener on my car and IQ app. Very polite and easy to work with.
