Thank you for your prompt efficient service to repair my garage door. Greg, your technician arrived early for our appointment and Serviced the door and repaired the broken cable within a short period of time. Shout out to Precision Garage Door! Our door spring broke on a Saturday trapping our car (and a chipmunk) in the garage. Precision responded within two hours with a temporary fix, have ordered a new spring and scheduled an installation date. Technician was very professional quick to diagnose the problem.

The technician was able to come by earlier than scheduled. The door repair was done quickly. The estimate was spot on and Anthony could not have been more cordial and helpful. As my car was parked in the garage behind the door with the broken spring, it was tricky. But Anthony directed me in inching up of the vehicle and he was finished in minutes.

So impressed with the efficiency of Anthony when he fixed our garage door! In less than a 24 hour turn around our door was fixed with skill and promptness. Given an 8-10am window of time, Anthony called first and arrived at 8:05. We would highly recommend Precision Door to all our family and friends!

I was real pleased that a technician was available on the weekend. I was really excited that someone was available to come out early in the day. The technician was early in the arrival window (11-100). The phone assistant was friendly and informative. The technician was absolutely great. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and engaging. He also made recommendations for a repair that could have caused me a problem in the future. He represented your company extremely well

Paul arrived early while I was out of my home. I gave him the code to the external keypad for the garage door and by the time I got home the problem was resolved. We spoke about the problem and then schmoozed about our respective families. He is always personable and remembers things we have spoken about in the past. He makes the service call a positive experience and he is a great representative of the organization. Thanks Paul.

Our technician (Al Fleming) was very professional, extremely polite, very courteous, and quite knowledgable. We really appreciate the prompt service, too. We called last evening and were up and running this morning. You could not ask for better service. We will definitely call again if we run into other issues and when we begin shopping for a replacement, we will be giving Precision as call! But hopefully that will not be for quite awhile! LOL

We are very happy with our new door and garage opener. We had an old door (the original garage door was installed sometime around 1949). After several years experiencing problems with the garage door opener and the old door we decided it was time to change both. The Precision employee who came to see the door was very helpful in selecting the right door for the house.

Precision Door Service, tech. Paul Broschk arrived promptly on a Saturday morning. I could not get any other companies to call back, let alone give me their availability. What I suspected would be a major service was quickly and professionally resolved. Paul Broschk went as far as correcting a separate issue and addressing a longstanding issue with the door. Thank you very much Precision and I will be referring you to others. Friendly, honest, reasonable, quick service. Fantastic work. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone looking for garage door service.

Honestly, one of the best contractors I’ve ever had to my home. Professional, quick, and communicative of the issues—this company hires the best. It shows, and I am grateful. You don’t find companies like this too often.

We had an issue with our garage door and another provider had given us an estimate and said there was no way to fix it without replacing the entire door. Bill came from Precison, explained it was not hard to fix, gave me an exact quote at the time of the visit, and took care of it right then and there. He walked me through what he did and why. The customer service was excellent - and he had my garage door running again in around an hour. Job well done.
